The babies are beautiful with beautiful names.

I love your Kitchen Aid story. I am not a baker and never bought one. Sometimes when I am watching things like the Great British Baking Show, I think I am going to buy one, but always talk myself out of it.

Good morning,

Happy Birthday! I hope you have a great day! I love when people celebrate being alive, its gives the world a chance to just be thankful because of you, not because of something you have done or achieved. Enjoy your day!

I had this weird dizzy spell last night that I could not shake for a few hours. I am not sure where it came from, but today I feel okay, a tiny bit headachy but I think that may be work related stress. I have a jerk for a boss, which is unfortunate because our families have been friends our whole lives and it is very tense at work. Today my monitor stopped working and he decided to replace it with a vintage 1990 model. everything is very distorted and I am having a hard time focusing. Hurry up 4:30!

QOTD-Turning 40 for me was a little rough-its the time I realized that I am not the youngest person in the room anymore. I tend to have friends that are a bit older than me and when I turned 40 i realized that I also had friends that were a bit younger than me. being in my 20's was probably my favorite- I was wild and carefree-which was sometimes dangerous. I have no regrets, but know I could not live through it again!

Food is a little up in the air today- I am going to focus on getting lots of water in to stave off that dizziness.

B-latte

L-chicken noodle soup, hummus and carrots

D-take out with my dad- not sure where he will pick this week. maybe bbq

Ex-Push yourself friday bootcamp

To add qotd:

I think it'll be my 40th next year. I have no issues getting older but I tend to dwell on where I think I should be. Or at least what my head thinks anyway.

I've had a hard time accepting my issues with mental illness and being on disability for it. Big birthdays tend to throw things in your face.

I think 40 will also be freeing in a way though.

G'morning Everybody!

Trish, happy birthday! You are right, you look and act much younger than 60. Age is just a number, how we live is our real age.

I wanted to thank everybody for all their suggestions and offers to help with my quest for Clorox wipes. When I put it out there I honestly thought I was just whining to a group of friends about my misadventures. Never expected such a response. Especially Chrissy who is actually sending me the wipes. THANK YOU!!!

QOTD: when I turned 50 I thought I'm on the downhill now and have lived the good part of life - the first 50. But now that I've been in this decade for a couple of yours I realize there is still a lot to live and do.

My pics are DS who took a pic of his bus, he treats it like his gf. Don't know if the panoramic view comes through.

This pic is my walk with Luna. Where we usually go, the park across the street at the resort, is now full of tourists and I really don't want to get exposed to their germs. So we walk on train tracks and go down to the next beach.

My meals yesterday:

  • B: scrambled eggs and cheese
  • L: hb eggs+ tuna + quest chips
  • S: WW cheese cake + berries
  • D: TJ chicken fajitas
  • E: 30 minutes cardio + 50 mins strength training

Happy Fri-yay, everybody

Our first 20 years are mostly determined by our parents and our education. The next 30 are spent with marriage and raising children. Then there are 50 years that we can do our own thing. Life is much more fun after 50.
