What's on your Friday menu?
Happy 60th! I'm there too and it's not a bad place to be! I feel better now than I did at 30 because I was obese all my life. We had a busy week here at the camp with painting, moving the camp sign from the middle of the drive to the side. Hubby dug the holes with the auger and I stamped the fill in around the new posts. The last 2 days I was doing yard work:trimming back pampas grass that was tangled with ivy and completely covered the sidewalk, trimming 3 foot tall overgrown hedges that overflowed into the sidewalk and taking out small scrub trees and bottom limbs off a large maple so it could be mowed under more easily. There were lots of brambles involved and my arms and hands look a mess. I got to use power tools too though,so it was all good. After pictures to follow. I forgot to get before so you'll have to imagine them overgrown! Miss Lily and I got our first walk in and will do more later. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.2. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 cup loaded baked potato soup D 4 oz crustless chicken pot pie. Have a great day full of smart choices and stay safe everyone!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! I hope you have a great day. Happy Fri-yay! We don't have much planned for the weekend at the moment but we always find something to do.

Good morning from KC, MO! Travel yesterday was non eventful and the hotel we selected is just about perfect for us. We walked as much as we could yesterday, but it was hot and steamy so we didn't get a whole lot of steps in. Had an amazing late lunch and late dinner. I felt like I had bites of ALL the foods! But I think I did well as I never even got queasy which has been a real battle for me if I'm not super regimented about my choices. The wedding is this evening and today's big agenda is to find the spot where KC, KS and KC, MO meet and get a picture (we are such adventurers!) buy me a hat , and return for more pool time. Then clean up for the wedding.
no idea what today's menu will be, but I can tell you that lunch will involve bbq. I packed my morning bites so my stomach has a better chance of staying happy
QOTD: I definitely did not have a decade but the year I was turning 35 I really struggled with feeling old and unneeded. Weird. 58 now and very comfortable with my age.
Peace everybody!

Happy Birthday.
I laugh now because my fiends and I got upset about having lived a whole quarter of a century. We felt that we were over the hill at 25.
For some of them, early marriages were falling apart then. Being 25 seemed like we were not kids anymore and had to become grown-ups. Now that I am getting close to 3/4 of a century, I feel that life is so much more enjoyable than it was for my grandparents.
I see my friends who are also in their 70's and we are all having a great time. We are active, secure in our personal lives, and feel like the worst is behind us and the best is still to come.

I love this! My SILs turn 70 this year.

Good morning, everybody!
The horrible project is officially over. I don't feel excited or relieved so much as just damaged by it. But I did do a little online shopping to celebrate.
My son's wisdom teeth went about as well as could be expected yesterday. His procedure was at 9:00 and he was home about an hour later. The first couple of hours home were pretty painful, but by evening he was having soup and sitting with the family.
My schedule for visiting Colorado is firming up also. Me and my son are flying out. Then we have two days to hang out, and then I have a couple of days on my own. Marilyn and the other kids will drive out and we will head home Friday most likely.
QOTD: Mine was 30, which looking back seems so silly.
Pictures are the graduates plus one of all three kids
Breakfast: Protein bar
Lunch: Sushi
Dinner: Hello Fresh
Have a great day, all!
