ok so starting with accountability- very good here- emotionally and physically good which means food is good...
Food plan:
B1- egg whites/prot powder/pumpkin
b2: shake with almond milk and instant coffee- yummm
l1: shrimp/veggies
l2: shrimp/veggies
d1: mini turkey meatloves
s: not sure / cottage cheese/egg whites?/powder?
QOTD: olive green, purple
Good morning, everybody!
I'm happy to have all three children home. I picked DD up at the airport around noon on Sunday and then we all sat out on the screened porch talking and catching up. They took some belated graduation pictures yesterday evening, which I will share on Friday, most likely.
Overall, a great weekend. Clean and Jerked 175 pounds on Friday, then we had happy hour and a fire at our neighbors house. Saturday, mostly errands and tasks Sunday picking up DD and enjoying the children. Got a couple of miles towards the lake Tahoe challenge last night.
QOTD: Grey and blue.
Breakfast: omlette
Lunch: steak
Snack: nuts
Dinner: TBD

So glad your getting all this family time. Sounds like you needed something like this considering that project you been struggling with. Any closer to being done? I hope so for your mental health.

Good morning,
here we are day 8/100 for me, my eating was far from perfect, but I did track it all-the good bad and ugly.
I had a pretty low key weekend, we did go out to dinner on Saturday with my niece and SIL and it was a lovely night and we ate outside and everyone was doing well Social distancing and masking, so I was happy about that. My BF fixed the dryer on Saturday morning, which i was super happy about, he is not that handy-or at least that is what he wants everyone to think-but can do the basics and i am grateful. So Sunday I did a ton of laundry. including my extended family whose dryer is also broken!
QOTD- I love all of your ideas for color combos, I love gray and yellow together and blues and greens together
B- Toast with peanut butter
L-salad with tuna
D-either air fryer chicken breast or ricotta bake (stuffed shells for the bF)

Day 8--great job! I am on day 15! It's going quickly and now that I have that many days behind me I really don't want to start over...
I also love grey & yellow and I want to redo one of out bathrooms with that color scheme.
