Wow so cool. I have heard of this but must just be amazing to see live. Maybe some day I'll be lucky enough to see this phenomenon. Fingers crossed.

Any time, Julia. But I gotta tell you in 26 years I've lived here this is the first time I saw it. Infact last night we went down the beach again to watch them and they were gone, or the conditions were not good, or whatever causes the planktons to go neon was no longer applicable.

Good Morning! JB- I hope all goes well with your new assistant, it sounds like you are going about it the right way. Today Em and I are having a relaxing at home spa day. Movies/foot soaks/face masks and per her request avocado toast are all part of the plan. I hope to possibly sneak in a nap too.

I love pink and grey as well but I Like to add black too, just like a box of Good and Plenty. I always wanted a beauty salon of my own with tiles in those colors.

Good Morning JB and Menuers.

I had a good weekend. I was able to score a new pair of Nike 2 in 1 running shorts that I have been wanting they have the tight underneath a running short and the phone pocket. I was carrying my phone in a front pocket in my old running shorts and they were starting to get big and I was needing to tie them extra tight. I was so excited to wear them and it was too cool this morning so I wore a long pair of tights today. Hopefully it will warm up tomorrow.

I was at a graduation party and shopping this weekend and I felt uncomfortable. So much that we did not stay long at the grad party and I did not go into a store that I wanted to get some cheese in. At the graduation party we made a plate and ate and I got something stuck. I think the fact that I didn't feel socially distanced enough I ate to quickly and got myself in trouble. It was outside so I went back in a little wooded area and got sick but it was not enough for relief. We finally left and I went upstairs too my own bathroom and was finally able to get rid of whatever was bugging me. It was about and hour of misery for one mindless lapse in judgement. Hate when I make mistakes.

QOTD: Orange and Orange. LOL I am all about the orange I love it but sometimes I'll throw a yellow on it. But then I look like a candy corn.

Accountability: Lets say I got some work to do this week. Fortunately I did exercise everyday. But way to many carbs I had bread pretzels pita chips. Ton's of dips. ECT.... Not good.

TSS: 2 years 7 Months and 23 days 137 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: 3 Mile run (Done)

I had a cousin who used to give me gently worn clothes when I was in high school. Because I was the oldest of 13 children, we did not have money to buy many new things. I would add accessories to make them unique. One Easter she had given me a spice brown suit. I added a yellow blouse, yellow hat, and yellow high heels and really loved how that came out.
