What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
LOVE the pics! Especially the mermaids. I don't show wine here in my plan but do log it when I drink it. I should probably fess up here and include it when it is likely (like tonight at SILs Birthday party).

I think just saying "Friday" covers it for most of us.

G'morning Everybody!
Yesterday I had a "this is getting real and I don't know if I can handle it" moment. One of the things we need to have for DS to move into his dorm is a COVID bag. Practically a bag full of all necessities (extra masks, cough syrup, thermometer, Advil/Tylenol, sweat pants, T-shirts, extra charger for phone and laptop, etc) in case the student gets sick and needs to be quarantined. It reminded me of the hospital bag before having a baby. Have it ready by the door for when it happens. They will have it in a corner of their closet, will show it to their dorm mate so that if the student needs to get quarantined the room mate can grab the bag and give it to them while the student is transported to the empty dorms that will be used for quarantine patients. My first reaction was: I'm going down to pick up my baby, no way he'll be alone while sick. But listening to other more experienced parents (there's a whole FB page with SDSU parents) it's better for them to be quarantined in the dorms than us being exposed or bringing it back to the house. I know from a logical point of view makes total sense but my mama's heart was just in pieces thinking he will be all alone. Who's gonna make him the veggie soup I make him when he is sick? In short, I had a cry session all by my lonely self because I know DS would have just rolled his eyes at me.

My meals yesterday:
- B:Protein coffee
- L: TJ chicken fajitas
- S: protein mug cake
- D: Cauliflower stir fry rice + 2 eggs
- E: 30 minutes cardio + 45 minutes strength training
My pics are my kidlets from the time DD was here. We chose the most deserted beaches to be as far away from tourists as possible.
Also, remember I complained about no sun? See? We are in a horse shoe kind of bay. Do you see the sun right out there? And do you see all the fog where I am?
Happy Fri-yay, everybody. Have a great weekend.

Ugh, that has to be so hard!! Hopefully if he does get it, he will just be quarantined and asymptomatic and the biggest issue will be boredom!
Your beaches that you picked are my kind of beaches! They don't seem as sandy and all the no people not overly bright sun is perfect!

Oh boy - I hope DS never has to be quarantined. Not going to him would be SO difficult. They are always our babies.
