What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
Good morning,
I am on day 5/100 in my tracking challenge. I hope to stick to it this weekend and get on a good roll. I have no real plans this weekend. We talked about going to the drive in movies because it is fairly easy to be socially distant but not sure if that will happen.
B-TJ nonfat black raspberry yogurt
L-chopped salad and 2 oz TJ seasoned roast beef
D-one slice thin crust mushroom pizza
Snacks-cashews and almonds, cheese stick
Ex-boot camp this morning included 4 sets of 14 pushups and i was able to complete them all!

Nice cool and gloomy day here and Miss Lily and I got our long walk in without getting too wet. QOTD before I forget E,H,L. I forget letters too besides names! Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120 today. Son has his 2 week appointment with his surgeon's PA today. He's made great progress and hopefully will be able to drive and go back to work on light duty. Work said they could easily find office work for him to do when he has the OK. If he gets the go ahead then we'll head with Lily to Springville Indiana tomorrow. We'll be working at a church camp there for 3 weeks. Today I need to finish getting things into the truck if we get the OK. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 cup cauliflower parmesan soup D3/4 c chili with cheese. Have a great day and stay safe everyone!

Good Morning and Happy Fri-yay! JB- I hope your mom gets her results quickly and that it's negative. For the weekend, not much going on, John is working on his most recent mosaic and Em and I are prepping for an at-home spa day for Monday so I need to order a few things.
QOTD: C- but mostly mints these days, H and L.

ES: Low carb pita with cream cheese and SF jam, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and cup fiber cereal
