Good morning JB and Menuers,

I feel the meme today. I went to Aldi on the way home from work last night and picked up the 0 net carb bread with no sugar and only 45 calories a slice and turned it into a BLT w/Avocado. I have not had a sandwich in at least 3 years and it was wonderful.

Thank you Aldi.

I did not hear anything from Ford yesterday so I checked in and my advisor had the incorrect phone number so hopefully I hear something today. When I read into the lemon law they can only depreciate the value of the car from the first time I took it in with my concern and that was at 346 miles so they should reimburse me all but $34.60. I am going to tell them if you give me a Bronco Sport I'll be happy. LOL (There in high demand and very hard to get)

QOTD: Hell no. I don't think I can do 1. After the hernia repair and skin removal I am limited to any core exercise.

Accountability: creamsicles and pizzellas with coconut whip was my Snack of choice. Hey at least I had a snack and not a snake like I usually have. LOL

TSS: 2 years 7 Months and 18 days 134.8 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Spinach sausage quiche and fruit

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato

L: steak w/cowboy butter and Poor man ceviche

D: chicken thighs and vegies. .

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: 3 Mile run (Done)

Everybody have a Great day.

Brightest Blessings

Chrissy

That sandwich looks tasty, and yes I am glad you have stepped away from eating snakes

Darn we don't have an Aldi here.
I know it says net carb zero, but what is the actual carb count?

Ohh interesting, I just looked up the bread points in WW expecting they would be high in points (most Keto stuff is really not WW friendly...) but each slice is only a point! Not bad at all :) I will add it to my list, thanks!

Good morning,

I am at day 4/100 for tracking and though I have been within range, the scale is not cooperating. I know I just need to stay the course, but dang its frustrating. Last night, I went to the gym again, it was a little more crowded than the night before but not unreasonable. I think I will walk/run outside tonight.

QOTD- I definitely could do 50 modified, and maybe could do 50 regular if I broke them up a bit. I won a 5 minute plank challenge in our boot camp, so maybe i could do 50 if there was a prize!!

B-Coffee with half and half and breakfast burrito

L-chopped salad and hard boiled egg with red wine vinagrette dressing

D-Sloppy joes (mine without the bun) and a baked sweet potato

Snacks- Yogurt, TraderJoes everything but the bagel cashew and almonds (I have them portioned out into small containers but won't get them again, they are too tasty and could see myself off the rails with this)

Don't ask me how I know this, but Target also carries a everything seasoned cashews option.
