What's on your Wednesday Menu?
You add the strawberries in it and bake it? That sounds intriguing!

It is the recipe I thought it was. Yes, I just chop strawberries up and mix them in prior to baking. Sometimes I also put some additional strawberries cooked with stevia over the top when I eat (I cook them in the micro, then store in the refrigerator to use over bunches of things). Trish gave me the idea.

YUM! Will try it next time.
This time I did it with butterscotch SF pudding, very yum.

Can you hug Em for me too?
These poor kids, no matter what age, are going through a lot.

Happy Wednesday everyone! Yes, and Happy halfway to Friday! Congrats on getting through day 9! Keep chuggin' along!
... AND, OMG... 14 hours of uninterrupted sleep sounds glorious... I am always the one that ends up waking up with the kids... my husband doesn't flinch, but I on the other hand, tend to hear EVERYTHING!
It's 10 and I still haven't made my breakfast... I think I need to do that. I thankfully have my lunch and dinner already planned so I am not THAT far lagging
Breakfast: Unknown
Lunch: The rest of the Turkey soup I made along with 2 Ham/Cheese roll-ups
Dinner: Grilled Chicken, Black Beans, Corn and a side Salad
Snack: String Cheese and Yogurt
QOTD: I would probably have to go with bland, then... and learn different cooking techniques because spicy foods make me hiccup and I could not stand that forever... my hiccups hurt. But then again... that would probably keep me from eating a lot so you might be on to something for choosing the spicy over the bland food preference.

Have you always hiccuped with spicy food or just after RNY? I definitely hiccup a lot more than I used to...
