What's on your Wednesday Menu?
I registered for the annual Obesity Action Coalition conference this year since it was virtual, and they had four or five sessions that were "freebies". In one of them, the presenter said drinking something hot will often make your brain think it's eaten something - so to try that when you're feeling hungry and shouldn't be eating. I keep forgetting to try that!!

G'morning Everybody!
I can't even imagine those in the education field what they are going through. I have friends in different counties and boy the approach is all over the place. I no longer have kids in school, praised be god, but our district announced it will be distance learning until further notice. But another friend whose kids are in preschool and elementary and go to private schools, the school has decided to stay open but parents won't send the kids and are creating "pods" to do homeschooling and hiring teachers for these pods. It's just plain crazy out there.
QOTD: spicy all the way. Some people order cases of wine, we order cases of hot sauce. At our local Thai restaurant they know us so when we say make it "Thai hot" they make it really hot. I wasn't into spicy food until I met DH, but now the spicier the better.
WW peeps, have you had the WW zero point cheesecake? Holy moly, it's good! I add a little bit of SF syrup on top to take the tangy-ness away.
My meals yesterday:
- B:Costco egg bites
- L: chicken skewers + Fage yogurt
- S: WW cheesecake
- D: Taco Tuesday, no shells
- E: 30 minutes cardio + 45 minutes strength training
Happy hump day, everybody.

wow - and here I thought I'd invented that! (it was one of my modifications to Liz's lemon blueberry yogurt pie (also from WW). Except I add two boxes of SF Jello cheesecake flavored pudding because I wanted a stronger cheesecake flavor. I usually put some of my fruit compote on top of it == and sometimes a couple tablespoons of light Cool Whip, too. It's great! (p.s. if you put in two boxes of cheesecake pudding mix, you don't need the Splenda since the pudding mix sweetens it, too)
But counting calories the additional box of pudding is another 100 cals, while stevia is zero.

If you mean the cheesecake I think you mean it is kind of a variation on the lemon blueberry one. I like to make it with cut up strawberries in it.
