Good morning everyone! Hoping for another busy day today to make it fly by. Got the menu and grocery list done yesterday for the week, so the hubs will take care of that today and I'll be on cruise control for the next few days. I've got a couple of great books I want to dive into.

QOTD: Spicy-ish. Post Op, I can handle more spice than previously. But I'm still a weenie when it comes to hot spicy.

Menu:

B: coffee and 1/2 PP shake

L: leftover chicken fajitas

D: tri tip and edamame rice

S: 1/2 PP shake (getting close to giving this half up as I'm doing better everyday on getting my protein count in) and 1/2 oz beef jerky and 1/2 oz avocado with 1/2 TJ crispbread.

Peace Everybody!

So good! But what is with the random sex in the park chapter? I feel like I missed a chapter somewhere, and it was out of context. Noa made me so sad.

Wasn't sure if you had reached the Noa part! Yeah, that broke my heart.
LOL, can't remember the sex in the park part.

Good morning, everybody!

It looks like a beautiful day here. Hopefully, I will get some mileage in towards the lake Tahoe virtual run. I am about 25% of the way through it, so I'm on track.

Last night, we went out to dinner. We haven't been to many restaurants other than take out and eat-outside-at-picnic tables. But we went in and say down. It wasn't that crowded, so it felt pretty safe.

QOTD: I like spicy, but if it was going to be for every meal, I would say bland.

Breakfast: Protein Bar

Lunch: Lamb Chops leftover from last night

Snack: nuts

Dinner: TBD

Have a great day, all!

Morning all! Going shopping today since it's supposed to rain so no beach day today. Gonna look for a mini keurig for the RV since I drink so much coffee. Sometimes I'll drink a cup at night if I'm craving something sweet and it will usually satisfy me. Best thing is it doesn't keep me up all night. Accountability was pretty good yesterday. Considering I'm not home and don't have my usual healthy snacks, I think I've made pretty good choices for being on vacation. I am trying really hard since the very next day after we get back from vacation I have my appointment with my bariatric team so I'll be getting weighed. No time whatsoever to lose any extra vacation pounds and to make matters worse it will be time for my period so extra weight there....and I always weigh more on their scale than I do at home. So the odds are stacked against me. Ugh

QOTD: I'm not a super spicy fan, but I do like some spice and favor so I'd definitely choose spicy!

B: coffee w/Splenda x 2 and sausage and egg on a whole wheat English muffin

L: ? not sure

D: going out for seafood

S: fruit
