I am a month overdue for a dentist visit but I am too wary to go right now. They were still shut down for cleanings when I had my regular appointment but I just haven't rescheduled... I miss that clean teeth feeling though!

I go every three months since I have periodontal disease. I missed an appt because of the lockdown, so I just went to my next regularly scheduled one, six months from the last. I thought I was going to DIE - my teeth felt like they had fur coats on. UGH!!! I'm glad I was able to go, but yea - I felt a little iffy about it.

I was too but I wanted to get in before my insurance switched over and they have lots of safety measures in place.

Beautiful temp out and a nice breeze means Miss Lily and I had a wonderful walk already. I'll do another mile and a half later and a walk around the block with her after supper. Youngest son got a good report at therapy yesterday so pretty.hopeful that he'll get to drive and go back to light duty work after he sees the doctor Friday morning. He has zero pain now(after being miserable for a whole year) and is using only a cane now. The physical therapist said probably when they let him unlock the brace Friday and he can have a normal bent knee gait again he won't.even need that. So hopefully hubby and I will get to head to Indiana Saturday with Miss Lily. Ready to be gone from this stupid non mask wearing town! Accountability was spot on food and stepwise and weight is 120.6 today. QOTD bland. I can't tolerate very spicy things since my TNY. I really didn't much for them before either! Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 loaded baked potato soup D 4 oz brat burger with cheese. Have a great day full of healthy choices and stay safe everyone!

Good morning,

Day 3/100 for me. Last night I went back to the gym for the first time since they reopened. I did a rebound class which was pretty good, there was only 10 people in the class and plenty of room for social distancing. They are ending the classes a few minutes early and the instructors have a pretty stringent cleaning routine they do, so I felt pretty good about the whole experience. One of my very good friends is the instructor and she says she feels like they have worked through some of the kinks from when they first re-opened and have a good system in place. And this morning I did my usual bootcamp which is M W F at an outdoor track, so at the very least i am picking up my activity.

QOTD-spicy for me, I am with Erin and could eat mashed potatoes and crackers until forever, but with spicy I can stop when the sweat is pouring off me!

B- scrambled eggs with black beans and salsa in low carb tortilla

L-Chopped salad and tuna

D-air fryer chicken breast and roasted brussel sprouts

God Morning JB and Menuers,

I got to do this quick because I have to find out my options with ford and find out if I need a lawyer to pursuit a Lemon law case. Ford has determined they engine has blown up. I did take it in 3 times when I first got it with my concerns but every time they said they didn't find anything and convinced me this is how the car was supposed to drive. Now 18,000 miles later it blows up. I am hoping for is amicable and I don't need a lawyer. Looks like I have to do some lemon law research before I get into this with ford so I want to start that this morning. I really did not want to have to educate myself on this but I have no choice.
