Good morning!
QOTD - Spicy, definitely. I already spice up everything. I even eat my pizza with hot stuff (Texas Pete for the win!)
Breakfast - fasting, so hot black coffee, topo chico
Lunch - nothing planned, but I do have stuff for a tofu/soyrizo scramble.
Snack - fruit smoothie, frozen frui****er, oat milk, hemp seed protein, chia seeds
Dinner - No clue. I'm running out of food ideas, and fast.

Let it begin with me.

Mornin' All!
another beautiful day today - high 70s and no rain. I have online Mah Jongg from 10:00-noon but plan to bike before or after. Yesterday I had a run-in with a riding lawn mower on a very narrow path (what the guy was doing on a riding lawnmower there I have NO idea. Obviously taking a short cut to get from point A to point B because there were trees on either side of that whole path - not grass) - I tried to get by him and almost made it, but I over-corrected and fell off my bike. Other than having a skinned knee, and very scratched up Fitbit, and a few small bruises, I'm fine, but...ugh. There was a woman walking with a baby stroller who was a ways back from me - I have NO idea how they were going to get around each other since there was only about 18" tops for me to maneuver around him. Anyway, I was able to continue to ride no problem. Fitbit still works but is hard to read in the sunlight because the face is so scratched up (I can read it OK if I'm inside). But it's four or five years old and my birthday is coming up, so I might buy a new one. Although this one still does work...
accountability was great yesterday but I'm up exactly one lb. I knew this would happen since it's my official weigh day....
QOTD: spicy for sure. I like food with a lot of flavor, spicy or not. I was in South Africa one summer (winter there) and the food there was SO BLAND (supposedly it's not in the Durban area, where there are a lot of people of Indian descent, but I wasn't anywhere near there). It was the first time in my past SMO life where I didn't want to eat and just used food as fuel. I came back home several lbs lighter than when I left (hey....there's an idea!)
TSS: 5 y 1 m
B: cottage cheese with 1/2 diced mango (ended up not having this yesterday, so I'll have it for sure today. And I'll mix some Splenda and cinnamon in with the cottage cheese). Coffee with half & half
MS: Fit Frappe
L: 1/2 a wrap (low carb lavash, grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and Greek yogurt flavored with ranch dressing mix). Half cup of cole slaw with Asian-style dressing.
AS: L&F with raspberries. Maybe a skinny bagel or light English muffin with light cream cheese
D: I'm thinking a big salad with a Costco chicken skewer or two
I have SF Jello and SF popsicles & (and SF Aldi's "creamsicles") - and grapes and baby carrots, too, for additional snacks if needed
have a great day, all!

Good Morning! JB- I cant even imagine the stress level for all of you on the education field, so many opinions and I know for the most everyone wants what is best for kids and everyone else involved. My dentist appt went well and it felt so good to have my teeth cleaned, it's amazing how much difference just a few months makes.
This morning Em has to take her text books back from last year and then I'll probably handle the driving lesson today. Oh and Em has another socially distant meet up for a picnic and ice cream with one of her friends. She went to one the other night to take pics at the park at sunset (I'll post some on Friday). It had been since March since she has done more than parades and porch drop offs so she's over the moon excited.
