What's on your Tuesday Menu?
Good morning menu friends! Humidity and temperature are lower today so Miss Lily and my walk was wonderful. She's totally herself today so her tummy must feel better. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise and weight is 120.4. QOTD I too love capybaras and would love to have a pair. Or a penguin as they're so cute too. In my younger days we raised small exotics and sold them to individuals and pet stores. I got tired of dealing with people who would buy a sugar glider that was hand tamed and stick it in a cage alone. Then in a month they'd complain they couldn't handle it and want a new one. Or the ones who'd ask"Does it bite?" Just sold everything off. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz tuna salad D 4 oz baked chicken thigh. Have a good day and stay safe everyone!
Good morning all! Wow it's even hotter than it was yesterday. Didn't think that was even possible. Haven't gotten my walk in yet and may have to wait until this evening once it cools down a bit. My whole face is as red as a beet too from the sunburn I got yesterday. Not sure what I he plan is today. Will sit out on the beach some and may go shopping later today. Want to get a mini keurig for the RV. We shall see. Accountability was decent yesterday. Was really good up until last night I had a choc chip cookie with a cup of coffee. Was so close to ending on a perfect note! I shall try again today.
QOTD: either a panda or an elephant. I have always adored pandas and I just love elephants! My mom still has a picture of me sitting on top of an elephant when I was around 2.
B: coffee w/Splenda x 2 and a whole wheat English muffin with bacon and egg
L: maybe a protein bar
D: not sure yet....may be going out for seafood tonight so some type of broiled shrimp, fish or scallops most likely.
S: fruit
Surgery: RNY on 1/23/19
Keeping an elephant might be a challenge!

Very true! Lol. I may need to rethink the whole elephant bit. Something tells me my HOA wouldn't allow me to have an elephant.

Good morning,
I overslept this morning and am feeling a little bit off today, but I have a plan and it supposed to be a lovely day.
QOTD-Panda bear definitely!
B-2 oz TJ seasoned roast beef
L-Chopped salad with tuna
D- Air fryer chicken breast with roasted brussel sprouts
Snacks-grapes and cantaloupe and I have a watermelon at home that needs cut up.
Have a great day everyone!
Good morning! Busy day here at work, and meeting a girlfriend for fajitas on the patio this evening. Need to come up with a menu for this weekend so I can send my husband grocery shopping for the weekend travels. And I really need to "balance" my checkbook, since I haven't logged anything in 2 weeks. I know this will freak out you math people, but my version of balance is that I show I have less in my account than my bank does. As long as bank thinks there is more, I'm happy. I keep track of things, but let's all just understand I'm never going to have a career in finance.
QOTH: GIRAFFE!!! Our home has an elevated front yard from the street with a wrought iron fencing around it and I have a Juliet balcony off my upstairs bedroom. It's a perfect set up. My giraffe buddy couldn't step down to escape and I can feed her from the balcony. You might think I've thought this out too well, but I am a giraffe lover and have always thought this was the perfect set up!! LOL.
Menu:
B: coffee and 1/2 PP shake
L: cottage cheese and hard boiled egg Ala Emiepie, 1/2 oz beef jerky
D: fajitas, no tortillas, 1/2 C refried beans
S: 1/2 PP shake, smashed avo and 1/2 crispbread
Peace Everybody!

LOL - I love giraffes as well, but wasn't sure I'd want one as a pet.

Good morning everyone.
better night for the most part. I found some extra pills of my antidepressant so I took an extra one(was weaning off). I have enough to take an extra until Thursday which is when they said they'll reach an answer by. We'll see haha.
not much planned of course. I might see if I can go pick up a prescription for Tylenol 4s as they are the only one that has helped so far.
I've attached a pic of my cat Opal that represents my mood. So over it all.
qotd:hard one! I love buffalo dearly but I don't think they'd do well as a house pet! lol. Maybe a bobcat or lynx....ohhh a caracal! Yes that one!
b:oatmeal with 1/2 a banana
s:coconut milk yogurt
l:oatmeal
d:???
Mel
Good Morning! JB- it's pretty warm here too, I'm grateful for our whole house fan and then of course for the A/C in the afternoon/evening. I say you get the credit since the pedometers don't seem to always get all our steps anyways- haha. Great job on the scale victory.
I have a dentist appt for a cleaning today and I'm looking forward to clean chompers since this appt was originally scheduled in April. I also had a hair appt but that is temporarily on hold again as my salon isn't doing outdoor services due to the heat.
