Oh, missed QoTD - I will take all the penguins, please and thank you. (And if you didn't see the penguin field trips fro the Shedd Aquarium during lockdown, please do yourself a favor and search them out).

Yes those videos were the best.
When I taught 1st grade, every year when we came back from the winter break, we did a 6 week completely comprehensive unit on penguins. Best 6 weeks of the year--my firsties learned so much and we had so much fun! The unit always ended with a trip to the NE Aquarium to see the penguin exhibit, and they always wowed the trainers with their questions :)
My DS has always loved penguins too! He would watch them as long as he could until his sister whined so much we would have to pull him away. And he loves nature shows with penguins.

Our local aquarium does that once a year too. Sooooo very cute.

I am so jealous that you have Kroger I love the cinnamon raisin cottage cheese but I have to drive to West Virginia if I want it.
I also like the Penguins. At the Pittsburgh Zoo during the winter they have the March of the penguins and take them out and they walk free with trainers along a 1/2 mile area. It is so cool seeing them not in an exhibit.

Good morning!
QOTD - without a doubt, capybaras. Actually though, they are legal as a pet here in TX and we are only 3/4 of an acre. They need a pond that is 14" X 9" X 4", and they are not solitary animals so I need at least two. This is going to be a while, because basically I need to put a pool in for them and ensure they have an adequate structure, feeding facility, and a vet nearby that handles exotics. (I have put much, much thought into this.) I will have them someday, however like the chickens, they are probably my retirement animals because I want to be able to devote as much time to them as I can and keep them happy.
Breakfast - fasting, hot black coffee, topo chico, water, hot tea, etc.
Lunch - Tofu scramble with soyrizo, kale, onions, potatoes, vegan cheese. No tortillas or crackers, trying to watch those carbs now.
Dinner - Fruit smoothie - water, oat milk, hemp seed protein, chia seed, frozen blueberries, banana and strawberries.
I've been having noticeable issues with bloating and stomach issues. I feel great, until I eat. Then I'm hungry, so I eat but I think I need to really watch what I eat because I can literally see my stomach POOFING up. It's the weirdest thing ever. Something new. I don't think RNY related, I think it's what I'm eating. I've made so many major changes in the past 2 years, that now if something doesn't agree with my stomach, I know immediately.
I hope you all have a great day!

Let it begin with me.

Well that was an unexpectedly comprehensive and well researched answer to the QOTD, haha!
In some countries in South America, capybaras are taking over the deserted streets and golf courses.
There was a show years ago where they showed people who did unusual things and one lady had capybaras living in her house.
They had their own bedroom and bathroom and little beds that they slept in. They roamed around the house and were great companions to her. It was the first time I ever heard of them.
