Good morning JB and Menuers,

That Meme reminds me of an overweight friend who moved from Florida to Pennsylvania and he said there is no reason any fat person should live in Florida. I definitely understand the struggle.

JB Your Jaws party looked awesome. The cookies really make it though. Those are adorbs. I never tried to do a decorated cookie. I been seeing so many on Tik Tok I may have to try them some day.

I got nothing on the weekend plans. It will consist of pool time and hot tub with exercise and creating fun delicious carb conscious meals sprinkled in.

I did a video chat with the Bariatric surgeon yesterday and she said keep up the good work. I did loose 10 more pounds since the last time I saw her in December or January she said but I am not sure I don't feel like I lost that much in 6 months. She will be sending out her maintenance program so I can take a look and tweak where I need to and send me info on her Support group since I go to the group at my old surgeons office.

Accountability: I had some pea based Pop snakes last night and I been eating chocolate pizzellas from Aldi. The Pizzellas only have 120 calories for 5 and 8 grams of sugar so I take two and put the coconut whip cream in them for a treat when I get my sweet tooth instead of digging in the peanut butter jar. It seems to be helping.

TSS: 2 years 7 Months and 1 days 133.2 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Quest Sea salt caramel almond snack bar and Tuna

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato

L: Quest Peanut butter Chocolate crunch bar and Tuna pouch.

D: Turkey stuffed zucchini boat. .

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: 3 Mile run

Everybody have a Great Weekend.

Brightest Blessings

Chrissy

Me in my favorite place in the world. In my kitchen cooking.

Here are the 160 cookies I baked last weekend to take cookie trays to my hernia surgeons.

You are just too cute in your pretty apron! The cookies look delicious too but are banned from my house as I would eat them all--at least till I got physically sick. I used to LOVE to bake but just can't any more unless I have an event to take it to. It must leave the house quickly!

Thank you so much. I do find I do have the will power to stay away. I did try 1 of each over the 4 day weekend but only one. Then I put the cookie trays together to pass out. Once I made the trays I don't want to touch them and screw them up so that helped.

I'll have to look for those pizzellas next time I'm there...

I've discovered the Fit & Active 20-calorie "SF popsicle with a twist of vanilla cream" in them. I wouldn't say they are GREAT, but I like them better than regular SF popsicles, and 20 calories is great! They're supposedly seasonal, though, so I'll have to stock up at the end of the summer. I love going to Aldi's - I'm always discovering something fun!

DH thinks I need to go to AA "Aldi's Anonyms" In my surrounding area there are 4 that I pass in my travels and I hit every one. I am going to Run at lunch and look for the Twist pop I love creamsicles so I am sure it will work for me.
