good morning menu crew.
long assed night last night. Pain is getting better but very slowly. I am getting more used to the kind of pain it is. I am so tired though. Sleeping is getting better but I have to move during the night and it wakes me up just by moving my legs let alone the whole body movements.
nothing much up for today. I'm looking forward to a shower this morning. It makes me feel a bit more human.
breakfast will be oatmeal I guess. No idea what else, food wise, will be

Great haircut!
Good Morning and Happy Fri-yay! JB- I want to come to a backyard movie at your place and not just for those adorable yummy looking cookies (I can send you my address!). Aside from some driving lessons for Em this weekend we don't have much planned. John is working in a mosaic for a friend of mine (he actually taking bids on one now-the first one he is selling) so he'll be occupied with that.
A treadmill desk sounds fun to me - lol
Accountability: I had some snacking going on but did have an extra long extra run late morning- so again maybe a balance?

Hope you make it to the backyard here sometime soon! Our door is open to you! (there will be cookies!)
Good morning,
Day 2/100 is behind me, I stuck mostly on plan adding some berries that I probably didn't need at the end of the day!
I don't have much of a plan today. I am only working a half day so that I can take my dad to an appt. So i didnt pack a lunch and don't have good breakfast choices at the office today, but whatever I come up will be tracked and accounted for.
this weekend, my 16 yo is scheduled for his drivers exam tomorrow morning. I think he is ready and should pass the test easily. We are then going to go out on my SIL boat on Lake Erie. I am looking forward to it, but am of course concerned about the masking and distancing, but I am very compliant, so hopefully it goes well.
b-Coffee with half and half and stevia
l-??
D-burgers and hot dogs with Dad and kids after the appt (opening day for the Indians!!!)
Have a great weekend everyone!
Erie has been good. I have a few friends and relatives that been going up to Presque Isle and said they felt completely comfortable. Just stay away from Sara's because the orange sherbet twist is too hard to resist.
