What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
Oh that sounds like such a delicious combination!!! I do love that laughing cow cheese spread. Never had it with SF jelly on a rice cake though. I have some SF jelly in the fridge and some rice cakes. I just need to get me some laughing cow cheese! Thanks for the idea!

Your cookies are so cute!
I am so happy today is Friday! I'm ready to be done with this week at work.
No plans today but tomorrow my niece and I are doing a zip line and ropes course adventure (small socially distant groups, masks and gloves + outdoors) and then Sunday doing a hike in Roxborough State park with some friends (with masks and socially distant) and then a backyard bbq. It's funny how I feel the need to justify in all conversations that I. Doing things but I'm following all the rules!
ill get my last walk for the July challenge in on the elliptical today, so yay, and I need to cut the grass. Plus J told me she's never been in a "real" library and mine just opened Wednesday so thats on the agenda too. I also think I am picking up my electric smoker today but it's the 3rd try and nothing but issues so I am a bit skeptical.
menu today is
everroast with slice cheddar
cold brew skyr
proscuttio and last of the figs
jalapeno cheddar buffalo sausage
either a light and fit or a yasso bar

A treadmill desk is such a great idea! I know some people put pedals under their regular desks to keep moving too. Love those shark cookies!!! Btw, the beaches here are not crowded during the week - fewer people than usual summers, though more than off season of course.
The guy I had lunch with was super nice but he is super chubby. I don't want to be judgmental, but I'd worry about maintaining my own weight with someone like that. DH was very tall and slim which gave me some incentive. Come to think of it all three guys I have seen have weight issues, though this guy was the heaviest. I guess maybe that is the norm at our age for everyone.
These are Pics from yesterday's rail bike adventure. Such a fun day!

I can see your struggle with hanging with people who are not health conscience. My DH is chubby but since the pandemic I managed to get him to eat better and he has taken of 25lbs. I can see being dragged down a rabbit hole hanging around with people who are not weight conscience. When I am in a restaurant I do not even let them bring bread to the table because I would be too tempted. I am sure your choices would be swayed in those situations. I am sure some hunky hot fit guy will come along. It's only a matter of time.
