Good morning! First night in the RV was a success. Plenty of learning curve going on. Like learning how to fight for enough bed space when the dogs got lonely in the middle of the night and how to open these damn drawers. They have super tight latches to keep from spilling open, and I seem to lose the battle. I've got to up my weight lifting game and build up more muscles. Today we test out the bbq. I brought Anaheim chili's that I grew at home and I'm going to roast them and stuff them with chicken tenders and cheese and make a light cream sauce for them with retried beans. Ambitious goals for today!

QOTD: my husband is half Portuguese, so Portugal is high on our list. We are working on a dream retirement trip in 2022 to England, France, Ireland and Scotland. But if money were no issue, one of my bucket list items is serious travel in a private plane, ala rock star style. I think we would globe hop and visit all the above plus Kyoto, Japan, and Brazil to start.

Menu

B: 1/2 PP shake and coffee ( I'm allergic to caffeine, so my " coffee " is called Cafix and it's a whey/beet root concoction and it's good enough. I consider it hydration because it's all healthy stuff, lol. )

L: tbd, may walk into town to find a nice patio restaurant

D: the aforementioned stuffed peppers.

have a wonderful day and Peace Everybody!

Glad to hear you are enjoying the RV. You'll get used to the tight drawers soon. We travel in ours so much that I'm more at home there than in my house. In the RV everything has its place and is easy to find. Have fun!

I missed Machu Pichu, the Amazon and Colombia on my round the world itinerary. Essentially, I need two years, all the money and open borders now, lol

I have been to the Amazon and to Columbia. I have not gotten to Machu Pichu and that is on my bucket list. Also was in Venezuela before it became so destroyed by its government. South America has some truly beautiful places.
