What's on your Wednesday Menu?
hi all
work calls this morning... then after work- gym, then need to decide if I want to drive to TN tomorrow after work/gym or go Friday. I don't think DH cares since he is up there and I have dogs here. we will see.
Exercise: did 5 min of 1990's dance party on you tube, then 20 min of walking with leslie sansone on you tube. you know- these classes are deceptively hard especially when your legs are still in pain from Monday. Have gym session later then will walk on treadmill after - see if I can get these legs to calm down.
Food: having my prepped food today

the new central A/C unit goes in this morning! YAY! Just in time for another hot, humid 90+ degree weekend! (it's not bad today - a little muggy, but the high will only be in the high 70s). I'm supposed to bike downtown to meet up with a friend for a late lunch or afternoon latte, but we'll see how muggy it is then. I really feel it when it's humid - plus my heart rate goes up more than usual when I'm exercising in humid conditions, so it's not all in my head!
QOTD: nope. I don't particularly like most scents, and some of them give me headaches - so I stick with unscented versions of lots of things like lotions and deodorants. I haven't worn fragrances in years.
TSS: 5+ y
B: protein pancakes topped with 1/2 C plain Greek yogurt and some kind of fruit compote, coffee with half & half
MS: a root beer "float" protein shake, I think...
L: 2 Costco chicken skewers
AS: if I do end up meeting with my friend today, probably an iced latte (with 2% milk and SF Torani). Otherwise, probably a L&F yogurt with raspberries. Or a piece of lime yogurt pie.
D: if I stick to my plan the rest of the day, then a Beyond Burger in a slim bun with lettuce and light Thousand Island. If I'm too high on calories by then, then I'll have half of this and maybe a small salad.

I am not able to participate in this thread very often, but I wanted to tell you that I am inspired by your 100 day challenge and am joining you. I am currently fighting the Covid 15 and struggling hard. So I am committing to 100 days of HONEST tracking my food in the WW app. I enter what I plan to eat, but then don't revise when I inevitably go off plan.
QOTD-I don't wear perfume at all.

L-Air fryer chicken breast and salad with tomato olive vinagrette
D-Pizza at a brewery with my niece
Ex-It was raining here this morning, so my outdoor bootcamp was cancelled. Hopefully will get something in later on.

Another humid and hot day in the cornfields of Illinois, but Miss Lily and I have a nice long walk in and will do more later. We were short on steps yesterday as we had rain from noon on but we'll get back on track today. Food choices were good and so was fluid ounces. Weight 120.2. QOTD only light scents for special occassions. I do use lightly scented lotion daily. I love some of the ones from Bath and Body! Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz tuna salad D 4 oz cheddar brats. No snacks and good food choices are the plan for today. Stay safe everyone!
