What's on your Saturday Menu?
What a wonderful dream,Liz! Especially for them to be back in their prime. I would like to dream about my grandpa,my mom's dad. He died when I was a sophomore in college and was the closest thing to a dad I had. He was a wise and extremely kind man who was gone far too soon. I still often think of him and the things he taught me. He would have been so proud of my boys,who went to the same college he did.
It's muggy and hot here too so Miss Lily and I were up at the crack of dawn walking. This humidity is hard on her so we have to get our long walk in before it gets too bad. Youngest son continues to do better and didn't take any pain med until.bed last night. He says his leg feels much better than it has for the past year already. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise and weight is 120.6. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 cup cauliflower parmesan soup D 4 oz baked fish. I need to drink more fluids today than I did yesterday. QOTD I'd like to dream that my mom's dad who was like a dad to me was alive again. I would love for him to meet my sons!
