Who knew I was a trend setter? I guess I've been part of the cancel culture since I understood that my money was supporting their business or career. It may not impact them, but it makes me feel like I am standing my ethical ground.

just got seated on the plane. I'm stressed with the face covering. Trying to breathe calmly and I brought a Xanax in case it gets too much for me.

meals are probably going to all be jerky and whisps today. We packed a lunch bag. Just doing the best we can. As is everyone.

Good morning, everybody!

I haven't been sleeping well the last few nights. The weather has been beautiful, its just work stress related. Hopefully, when we get to the weekend, it will be better. I had a mini-victory on my bad project last night, but I'm not out of the woods for a couple of weeks.

QOTD: sometimes

Breakfast: turkey meatballs and cottage cheese

Snack: protein bar

Lunch: bratwurst

Snack: nuts

Dinner: Chili

Sorry to hear your unhappy with yourself. Listen you come to far to let yourself down. You know how to play the game you just got to get back in it. I have found solace in running. I am scared of the gym because there are a bunch of 20 something's running around without a care in the world. I took a couple walks in the neighborhood and learned a route that would get me to 3 miles on my I phone. I started this in early March and it would take me an hour. Slowly it got easier and faster now I do the same route at 6:00AM and I am down to 40 minutes. You have many options I just thought I would let you know what is working for me. I'm cheering for you. You can do this.

you should never feel bad about coming here when you can't get with the program. That's exactly the time when you SHOULD be here! Several of us have gained - and re-lost - weight since surgery, and I suspect ALL of us did - many times - before surgery. So you definitely won't be letting us down by being here - we understand! I also gained a few pounds over the past year and have been struggling to lose it. I've lost a little, but I'm still 4 lbs higher than I was last summer, and eight lbs higher than what I want to be. So join the crowd! At least you've only gained 12 lbs and not 50 - 12 should be do-able!!
