I am so happy with this cool dry air, too! I have on long sleeves and no AC!

Remember when you would go to the doctor and dread getting on the scale. It is so nice to be able to jump on that thing now. Enjoy your appointment.

Morning all,

I had a great early morning session with my therapist and feel less "stiff upper lip" and more "grateful and doing the best I can." I'm so glad that I have her, because I trust her and learn so much about how to make my life better.

A difficult day already with pain, but I managed to get out of bed early and I'm putting in my work time.

Yesterday wasn't perfect with food but some of my choices were healthy. Today is a new day to make new choices.

2 cups black Earl Grey w/ Miralax (which isn't doing all that I need it to do...)

Berry & PB RXBar

Carbmaster vanilla yogurt w/ blackberries & slivered almonds

Boar's Head curry chicken, grape tomatoes

Tea latte w/ protein powder

Leftover steak & broccoli

Blueberries

Please take good care everyone and be safe!

Janet

Good morning.

QOTD - Absolutely. I have always believed in the power of my $, and although it may not seem like a huge sum, it adds up when other conscientious people refuse to support **** companies. There is a local BBQ shop here (huge here in TX, especially San Antonio) and when I found out about where their donation dollars go to, I cut them out. Wasn't too hard, I don't eat meat but I used to buy their sides, desserts (pies omg), tea, etc. Just lately, my favorite vegan restaurant has been on the chopping block for allegations of serving NON vegan desserts (advertised as vegan), it's a kosher restaurant that has broken kosher rules, sexual harassment of employees, etc., list goes on and on. There's simply too many other restaurants and businesses to support, that I don't need to spend my money there. So, I don't.

Breakfast - fasting, hot black coffee, hot tea, topo chico

Lunch - tofu scramble, kale, soyrizo, potatoes, onion, nutritional yeast, vegan cheese

Snack - fruit smoothie or crackers with peanut butter

Dinner - who the heck knows. The enchiladas are gone, and so is the spaghetti so...I may have to cook.

Have a great day everyone!

Christina

Let it begin with me.

Good Morning! This week is just, well weird and I'm not sure how it will be on Friday to log off my work laptop for the last time and remove all the apps from my phone.
