Thank you! Yes it is nice to have something to look forward to that should be really different. And I didn't have to plan it (or even come up with the idea)!!!

Mornin'!
well it's supposed to be cooler today and this weekend (80-ish) and less humid - and no rain - so I hope to get a lot of bike riding in. I'll probably go later on this morning or this afternoon, in fact, once it's dried out a little.
I picked up two small raspberry bushes from freecycle yesterday, so this will be a good weekend to get those planted. Not too hot - and the ground is wet. The woman said I could have more if I want them, so we'll see where we can put them. Being a raspberry connoisseur, it'd be great to have them available in my own backyard!! (although I'll have to compete with the birds for them - we had one about 20 years ago until DH mistakenly chopped it down!! Anyway, birds love raspberries, too!)
I'm trying to deal with my snacking. I'd gotten some SF popsicles from when DH and I had colonoscopies a couple of weeks ago, and I decided I like those again, so I've been keeping a box in my fridge. Also, I noticed Kelly eats SF Jello with Cool Whip a lot, so I've been doing that, too. I didn't think I was a Jello fan, but this isn't bad - and very few calories - and it's a nice "sweet treat". I found a can of coconut whipped topping at TJ's the other day. It's actually fewer calories than light Cool Whip (10 calories per 2 T), and it has a nice coconut-y taste to boot. Love it! I noticed they also have it over at Aldi's and it's a little cheaper. Different brand stamped on the container, but I read it's the same manufacturer - so I'll start getting it over there.
QOTD: the only sport we really watch (we go to live games) is ice hockey. That's become a big part of our fall/winter the last couple of years, so I'll be sad to miss that this season (not that it's been canceled YET, but I wouldn't be at all surprised. And even if it's not, I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable going - but, we'll see...)
TSS: 5 y
B: grilled peach topped with vanilla Greek yogurt and cinnamon, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: salad with light dressing and 1-2 Costco chicken skewers
AS: probably L&F yogurt with raspberries - and maybe a light English muffin with light cream cheese
D: vegan burger in a slim bun, Asian-style cole slaw (I've GOT to make this today before the cabbage goes bad!)
I really overdue for doing weights but I'm a little afraid to go to the gym since the virus has picked up around here. If I decide to go regardless, I may go to the branch on the other side of town since their weight room is a lot bigger (so machines are more spread out)
DH has been taking a lot of cat pictures lately, and some of them are pretty good! (Plus several people are posting pet pics today ANYWAY, so why not??) Here are a few of my favorites from the last few days. This is Kardelen (top), Minik (middle), and Pamuk (bottom) (a vet assistant asked me once if these were names from Star Wars. Ah - no. They're Turkish! A couple of my Turkish friends came up with the names) (Kardelen and Minik are pedigree Turkish Vans that I got from a couple of breeder friends. Pamuk isn't a Turkish Van, but he has the coloring (white body and color on the head and tail. Pamuk's color spots are beige, though, so they're hard to see in this photo)
Love the kitty pics and thanks for the whipped topping suggestion - I will look for it. My DD is a die-hard Boston Bruins fan and she has been in withdrawal. Perhaps they are going to play and broadcast with no audience?
