What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
Good Morning JB and Menuers,
It is a great day already just because it is Friday. We are looking at another day of 90° today, however there will be a cool down this evening and Both weekend days should be in the low 80°. This is great because I have a baby shower tomorrow and I hate having to do things that take away from pool time. I won't mind going if it is only 80°. Also I do not have to report for jury duty. I am glad because I have some doctors appointments in the next two weeks I really did not want to reschedule.
Oh my JB I eat the baked Cheese from Aldi often, however the black truffle oil makes them sound better than the Aldi ones. I would kill the full bag also.
QOTD: I do miss the hockey especially the playoffs but I do not usually go to many live. I can take or leave sports even though I usually host parties for important games and NFL games. I miss the comradery of my friends but other than that I am good either way.
Accountability: I had some peanuts and overate the Zucchini Lasagne.

D: Hotdogs stuffed with Colby cheese and wrapped in bacon and baked beans.
Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium
Exercise: 3 Mile run

DH and DB have severe back pain. Last November we decided to get Hot tubs for both houses. We financed them with 0% for 3 years I think it's less than $200/month. We stopped for chemicals the other day and our sales guy said that we really were the luckiest people to get them when we did. This was pool city and they say they are now over 6 months out to get a pool or hot tub and they are getting top dollar. Funny how things work out sometimes. It's a mini vacation when you get in since were stuck at home.
