Good Morning! Happy Fri-yay! JB- Love the beach pic and sorry you won't make it there this weekend. We are expecting temps over 100 so it'll be a hot one here. I like those cheese bites too but like the cheddar ones a bit better. I did find some Taco Bell ones at Savemart a few weeks ago and the Hot sauce ones were yummy.

Accountability: Snacks happened, darn everything seasoned cashews.

QOTD: Baseball, but I don't know if it's the best decision overall to start the season...

B: SF latte, eggbeaters and turkey sausage links

L: Lettuce wrapped Trader Joe's Mahi Mahi burger, SF. jello with cool-whip, and baby carrots

S: Turkey/cheese/bacon low carb wrap, Carbmaster cottage cheese and everything but the bagel seasoned cashews

D: Breakfast platter, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Low carb pita with cream cheese and SF jam, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and cup fiber cereal

E: 6 mile run and one hour elliptical

V/W: On track

Thank you! There are several companies out there that do them but basically you pay the registration fee and run the miles when/where you want. Some require you to submit your stats before they send the swag but most just send it and it's up to you to be "honest". I am currently doing one that is called Run California (they also have OR and WA options) but I could pick one of four routes or do all of them for CA (totaling 332 miles) from June 20-September 22 and I will get 4 or 5 medals a shirt and water bottle I think.
