What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

Morning my Menu Friends! Happy Friday! Hope everyone has an awesome weekend planned. We have the effects of Tropical Storm Fay hitting us, so we've got heavy rain and humidity expected for a few days. I woke up to what looks like a post-apocolyptic scene--the fog was so thick that I could barely see the house across the street! Major bummer because I wanted to get to the ocean again this weekend. I feel like I come back alive with ocean air! This is a pic of me from my first ocean trip this year, last weekend. It wasn't a very nice day, but at least I got there! The beach was pretty crowded in a few places so I kept my mask on in the spots where I don't think I could keep distanced.
My food yesterday was not as planned. As I mentioned, I was in back to back meetings, so should have planned better for grab and go food instead of meals, because that was what I ended up needing. I grabbed something from the pantry that I've had in there for ages and OMG--seriously so yummy! For those who are low-carb, these were incredible and so much yummier than their original oven baked cheese bites! Buuuuuut, you have been warned! I couldn't stop myself from eating the whole bag. 1/2 bag serving, my ass!
As I mentioned yesterday, I am hoping to spend a lot of time upgrading our Esty store this weekend. I am taking an online class that I have been calling "Etsy University" about how to get max traffic and sales. So far it's been really helpful! One of the first things I'm working on first, is getting great photos, so I bought a light box. Look at the awesome photos I have gotten of the pens already! And here is my Inigo checking out the situation :)
QOTD: Have you been sad to miss sports during the shut down? I definitely miss going to baseball games! We typically would try to get to 4 or 5 minor league games every summer because we have so many near us, including a college league team that has a stadium practically in our back yard. It's a great way to spend a summer afternoon. Yesterday the NE Revolution (pro-soccer league) held their first game, and the stands were empty but they set up a big screen in the parking lot and people watched it sort of like a drive-in. That sounded fun so I am going to check out to see how expensive the tickets are.

OMG, today?s meme is me. I ate all the things and it was not good, not good at all.
QOTD - I cant remember the last time I attended a sport so that part of all this does not bother me. But at this point I?d happily go to your uncle Joe?s garage polka band?s live show or any musical put on by a group of kids in a backyard, lol.
todays pix are a random selfie in my readers and then the view from my socially distant hike a few weeks ago.
menu today will be
4 oz ever roast and 1 slice cheese
carbmaster cottage cheese with 1 tbs pb
jalapeno buffalo sausage
light and fit greek
Nothing big planned for the weekend, clean house, workout, get my hair trimmed, get ready for a work session on Monday that I?m not looking forward to but need to give extra planning attention.
have a great Friday and weekend everyone!
*edited because auto correct turned hike into joke...so judgy

I hear you on the willing to do anything. Things are waking up here and it is a constant huge decision- how much do I want to do? Outdoors does seem safer though.

We are lucky here on Cape Cod to have a lot of space to get outdoors and spread out. I am REALLY thankful for that.

Yes, outdoors where there is space is the best (plus masks!).
