Thank you! It went well and we talked through it a lot. I feel better going forward!
i also found out I have an upper GI on July 14th! So much stuff at once it seems.
Mel
Quick post here as it's almost time for work. Hubby's been going in an hour earlier this week as they are working outside and it's messed with my schedule so I haven't made it on to post. Been staying on track though. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise and weight is 120.2. I got so many steps in at work yesterday that I skipped my long evening walk for a short one instead. The heat and humidity is too much for Miss Lily in the evening so if I need the steps I'll go by myself. We did get a good walk in this morning. QOTD I didn't know hooking your bra in the back was even a possibility. Another thing is walking in heels. I look like an awkward 3 year old in mom's shoes! Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz chicken salad D 4 oz of whatever protein hubby cooks. I need to do better with fluids today as we have a heat advisory. Have a great day full of healthy choices and stay safe everyone!
Ha ha! I thought I was the lone ranger with this bra thing - that I was the only person in the world who hadn't mastered the art of hooking it behind my back. Now that I have small breasts (thanks to my lift/reduction), I usually just wear a light-support sports bra that I pull over my head (no hooks). But the few times I wear a traditional model - yes - I hook it in the front and twist it around.
it's another awful day weather-wise and I have a couple of online activities this morning, so I'm probably not going to be able to get out on my bike. I may go to the gym later and do weights as I'm past due (I'd been trying to do it 2x a week - but I don't think I've been in five or six days now...). Other than that, not much going on today.
accountability hasn't been as good this week. Not horrible, but not great. I need to get back on track before this becomes a problem.

I have just discovered the quest chips. Have you tried the chili lime one? Oh my!!! So yum and tangy. Didn't like the onion one. The cheese and loaded taco are OK. My favorite is def the chili lime one.

I haven't tried too many flavors, but the ones I have tried so far taste like cardboard with lightly salted sawdust on top. Are there really ones with flavor?
Try the chili lime. The best in my opinion. The onion one was def cardboard.
