How are the in person gym classes going? Our gyms were supposed to open mid June but then got postponed. Not that I would have gone anyway.

I had a Teledoc appointment yesterday for some hives I have going on, and my NP told me NOT to return to gyms yet and that she is telling all her patients this :( She said exercise is important but being indoors and huffing and puffing and wiping your face is not a good idea. Such a bummer. I sorta knew that but just ugh. Jen, it sounds like your Pilates studio has the proper measures in place (no judgement here) but my big gym chain isn't that organized :(
My gym is a tiny neighborhood gym, it's mostly a tennis club with the add on of the gym. But I don't trust them either to clean up properly. Or for that letter to be cleaned in between patrons in the weight room. I've been seeing the members out and about on my runs and everybody feels the same. Not going bac****il the virus is gone.

Agreed! I put my rec center membership on hold until January because it's one thing to do six classes a day with 6 people total and another to do a rec center! The aerial yoga place opened back up but I don't see how you clean the silks successfully so that's a no go for me too.

My Pilates gym is good but our rec center reopened yesterday and I'm not going back there for a long time.
Pilates adjusted class times and schedules to allow for 30 minute between for clenskngX is keeping it to 50% and has all the reformers numbered so no single one gets used two classes in a row (to make sure all the disinfectant has time to absorb) and there always a matchine between you and someone else -- masks are required, nobody touches anyone else/other equipment, and you go in and out one at a time to keep social distance around the entry ways. I just don't see how the rec center or a large gym can do that!

It is Tuesday and the sun is shining. Lots of chores to do today, but nice weather always lifts my spirits. Hopefully either a short beach visit or an ocean walk with Justice fits in.
QOTD: I haven'****ched Hamilton yet but am looking forward to it. I can listen to any Eagles album at any time.
