What's on your Thursday Menu?

Morning all! It's my Friday again, and all I can say is--thank god! I actually wasn't as busy as I thought I would be yesterday, but it's still a lot. Plus I think I caught a little summer cold...probably from having the fan blowing in my face all night! I don't feel terrible--just sniffly, tired, and a sore throat. I swore I had a fever last night but I checked it and it was normal, so that's good!
I can't claim that I was an angel with food yesterday... I definitely had some comfort carbs last night... :( And today I am not even going to post a "real" menu, because tonight I am going to my parent's house for a little virtual party. They won a raffle for zoom wine & cheese tasting with a local winery, so mom went there yesterday and picked up the goodies, and we will tune in tonight to get the virtual tasting! I am happy she invited me. It should be fun!
FYI, I am staying over at her house tonight so I won't be starting the thread tomorrow! Feel free to jump in and get it going.
QOTD: Do you have a space in your house dedicated to one of your hobbies? As previously mentioned, I went to IKEA over the weekend and bought myself some new furniture. We set it up yesterday and I made myself a little crafting corner. I had been spreading out all over the house and it feels good to have it contained and organized now. Pics below since I will miss Photo Friday!
B: Eggs & Protein Coffee (1 pt)
S: Apple & Grapes (0 pts)
L: Chicken & Black Beans (2 pts)
D: ? something light... (? pts)
S: wine & cheese (1 million pts?)
EDITED TO ADD ONE MORE PIC! I made this shirt for myself this morning after my post. I'd forgotten that before my virtual wine and cheese I have another virtual party (staff) and they told us to come representing our favorite summer fruit. Not sure if you can see the text, but I added "naturally sweet" under the pineapple :)
QOTD: does my entire house count?? lol- just kidding my crafts are in the spare room and I have not touched them in a while. need to work on that. mostly card making supplies and jewelry making supplies. the hard core soldering and stuff is in the shop. and the garden was my hobby last year but I didn't get it up and going this year for obvious reasons.
Today is NOT my Friday, I have to work tomm... but I'm hoping it will be a nice quiet day.
food was good yesterday. I did make it to the gym here and it wasn't terrible. I do really like the one in GA and can't wait to get back there. until then I will just keep this membership I suppose. I think I'm going to run back either Sat or Sunday to ship something I sold on ebay and being some stuff back from up here.
food plan I'm not writing down, but its a combo of egg whites, chicken, asparagus, cauliflower, pumpkin, protein powder, almond milk, maybe some stir fry veggies and tofu. that's the plan then...

Until yesterday I would have said my entire house was my craft room!
I have started making some faux leather earrings and that's the extent of my jewelry making, but I have some friends who have entire rooms dedicated to it with a billion little drawers filled with every tiny bead and jump ring possible. Its so impressive!
I have not created much since we moved to the barn house in GA which was 2 years ago, then another move to TN so needless to say everything is discombobulated. I have a silhouette portrait for paper and fabric cutting and then my cardstock and then my jewelry. oh and a bought a color laser printer to make cards also. but that is in the 'to sell' pile.
Good morning everyone! I'm so glad today is the last day of work. I have had zero motivation this week. Had my virtual neurology doctors appointment Yesterday. She wants me to start taking an extra vitamin D. I had been taking it at one time, but forgot why I stopped. Anyway, she says it helps with the MS and having fewer relapses. Apparently my vitamin D was a little low according to the last lab work I had done. I meant to ask her if it was ok to take with my other vitamins or if I should separate them. I looked it up online, but didn't find much about it. Does anyone know? Currently I'm just taking my bariatric multivitamin and an extra calcium which I don't take together.
Accountability......well let's just say I need to get it together and learn to fight these cravings more!
QOTD: No, not really. I mean I could always use the spare bedroom aka office as my hobby room, but I don't really have a hobby. Tried the crafting thing, but learned I'm not very good at it! Lol. And even though it was fun In the moment, I'm lacking the motivation to try it again.
B: premier shake
B2: coffee w/Splenda x 2
L: 2 oz low sodium turkey breast and a hard boiled egg
D: 4 oz baked chicken breast and veggies
S: L&F yogurt and fruit
Surgery: RNY on 1/23/19
I don't think timing on vitamin D matters. It doesn't interfere with anything that I know of. It does help the body absorb calcium, though, but then most calcium pills include it. I take my vit D at the same time I take my morning calcium dose, but since my calcium pills also contain vitamin D, I don't really have to take them at the same time...
I always taken my D, Mag, K2 & Calcium together (2x/day) since they all support each other. It probably isn't necessary to actually swallow them together...lol...but it's my way of remembering all of them. Then I take my extra Iron with extra Vitamin C, which also work together. It was awkward at first but it's become part of my life routine. And of course, all of this is guided by my lab results (thanks to the guidance of OH folks!).

Good morning menu friends! Glad today is the last day of work this week. Miss Lily and I did not want to get up at 5 to walk but we did it anyway. It was foggy and humid,so that didn't add to our enthusiasm either! It's done though and we'll do more later. Weight is 120.6 today. I got in 11 021 steps yesterday between walks and work. It was a busy day. Here's the food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz seafood salad D 4 oz ground beef patty with cheese and no bun. Goal is to get 100 ounces of fluids in and stay far away from the snacks. Stay safe and make your healthy choices everyone!

Good Thursday morning folks.
today looks to be busy. Doctors appointment at 2 and my mom is wanting to do some little stuff too. I'm completely exhausted this morning. Very little sleep and lots of pain. Yesterday my right knee started to hurt a bit when I bend it. It's a little better today but still hurts. I'm sure it's just from compensating for my left leg as it was really sore yesterday. Ugh!
I'm really freaking out about the possibility of my surgery being canceled. With the COVID uptick in the country and esp in Texas...well I'm just scared. I don't want to take as many pain pills and just want it done. Ugh.
qotd: I have to much stuff to contain to one room! I am a craftaholic.....no doubt about it. Chainmaille is my main one and I've been doing it for 15 some odd years, jumprings are EVERYWHERE!!! I've done just about every craft at least once! Lol except for quilling which I want to try....
photo added of a cat my friend shared from a cat group. I think we can all relate to him at certain parts in our day! Lol
food is up in the air. Likely baked protein oatmeal for breakfast....the rest, no clue.
