i don't have a plan for today and I didn't get my workout in this morning and I'm half an hour ate logging in to work on a presentation while no one is online to bother me. My Friday is feeling a bit monday ish, lol.
to get back on track I think I will decide to have a
cold brew skyr
4 oz ever roast chicken from my freezer stash (freezing a couple pounds, pre portioned was smart)
jalapeño cheddar buffalo sausage link
and I will get on the elliptical at some point, plus I need to straighten the house up this afternoon

Good morning JB and Menuers,
I am off today and taking my DH to some medical procedure. I have no real food ? lan or exercise plan for the day.
i want to go to do some grocery this morning and be done with it for the weekend. I really have no weekend plans so I guess we gotta wait till Monday to see how it panned out.
QOTD: nope I get sever motion sickness I would never enjoy it.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium
Exercise: Probably none
