Morning JB and menu crew! Sorry for your sleep issues, I am the same about getting up vs trying to force myself to sleep. It's exhausting either way. I took some NyQuil last night after not sleeping at all on Sunday night so got a decent nights sleep last night.
qotd - it's so nice of the Girl Scouts to put the thin mints in single poetic sleeves; same with the Tagalongs. I
eats today will be
coffee with half and half X3
cashew bread with PB
skyr

I used to work for the Girl Scouts Organization. I can assure you that they are an evil evil evil organization. It's a damn shame that they are such good cookies.
I give my last eighteen months of following Weigh****chers credit for the fact that I now can be trusted with any food or snack. I can measure out my tracked portion of anything and eat it. I know if I want more all i have to do is measure out more and track it. There is no longer a food that I feel guilty eating. For me, it was the guilt that lead to me bingeing on anything. I think it started when I was about five or six and my grandmother told my mother to hide the cookies and candy so we did not eat too much of them.
None of my siblings were overweight, but my grandmother thought my mother should save money by rationing out treats. So it became a game with us of finding where the treats were hidden and eating them in secret.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
WW has helped me with most cravings too, but I am still not testing the donuts.

Good morning! My day includes some baking, stripping floor finish in the bathroom and meeting a recent widower for coffee. I'm a bit nervous about the latter but we will see how it goes. My other project, recovering cushions on my screen porch has been delayed because the fabric has been stuck in the UPS distribution center here on Cape Cod since last week. Unfortunately this is a common occurrence lately so I dread when I see a package coming via UPS.
QOTD: Donuts. It is why I don't even have part of one. I JUST CAN'T STOP.

let me know how you like the cheesecake one. I've been putting two boxes of cheesecake pudding mix in since the cheesecake flavor doesn't come out enough for me with just one box (it does with the lemon - but that's because you put lemon rind and juice in there along with the box of lemon pudding mix)
Love how you tried to sneak that in between the re-flooring and upholstery.
