Whats On Your Sunday Menu RNYers (and a few VSGers:)
Welcome to Sunday and Father's Day. It is a sad day for my children today without their Dad. But the weather should clear (foggy now), which will brighten up everything including moods.
QOTD: If someone came up to you and said "Hey, do that thing you do!", what thing would pop into your head first? It would probably be wiggling my ears. I figured out how to do that when I got my first pair of glasses at age 9.
TSS: 4 years, 3 months
B: Coffee! WW banana/egg pancake
L: tuna salad and cottage cheese
D: Chicken and veggies? (or leftover halibut)
S: cauliflower fried rice and/or nut thins with cottage cheese and/or blueberry lemon yogurt pie and/or WW one point blueberry muffin

Good morning and happy Father's Day to those that still have your dad or father figure AND to those fathers out there!
I'm hurting. Soooo much pain this weekend. I cried a few times during the night. I am just completely overwhelmed and exhausted. I am glad I see the NP at the pain management clinic tomorrow. I need something else to make even a little difference. I don't know if I can put up with this for a whole month more. Just really hoping she listens. Also I've got a lot of questions I need to write down so I don't forget.
Not much planned today. We may head out for grocery shopping or just stay home. Time will tell.
qotd: I can't think of much. I used to be able to kick myself in the ass but with my legs hurting so much I haven't tried in a long while.
b:Cheerios and almond milk
l:scrambled eggs
d:probably some type of fish since I didn't have it yesterday.
Mel

Good morning everyone! Got my house cleaned yesterday finally and my laundry out of the way. So hopefully today I can just relax before starting another busy work week.
My accountability was decent yesterday. Not excellent since I did have Olive Garden for lunch. The soup wasn't even that good this time so I was kind of disappointed I had all those calories that I didn't even enjoy all that much.
QOTD: Hmmm maybe baking? I used to be really good at it and at every family Christmas party the family would look forward to my baked goods. Now I don't bake much anymore so I'm kinda rusty.
B: coffee w/Splenda X 2 (meeting my brother for brunch so not sure what else I'll have)
L: probably nothing since I will be full from brunch.
D: TBD....spending the day with dad so not sure what we will be having yet.
Hopefully I can keep my calories as low as possible! Kinda makes me nervous not having my whole menu planned out. Eek!

Good morning!

Breakfast - fasting, so hot black coffee, topo chico
Lunch - leftover enchiladas (homemade)
Snack - fruit smoothie
Dinner - MAYBE PIZZA since I haven't had the past three days?
Have a great day everyone!
