Ohhh you think that is funny. I live for Sheetz. I even got the T-shirt. But with quarantine I may have to make a pilgrimage myself. Looks like it will be a fun weekend. DH is going to be so happy you turned me on to this. They have so many low carb snacks. I can eat better here than at any fast food store. They always have Volpi and Deviled eggs and individually wrapped pickles. If you never been you may need to try it.

Good morning JB and Menuers,

I felt like that Possum yesterday afternoon after I had y afternoon coffee. I don't know why but I felt like crap and couldn't even run when I got home. I think it was the RH you guys have been schooling me on. I see the surgeon next month so I'll see what she thinks.

Very cute shirt. I want one in orange.

QOTD: I do not however I have a brother who speaks to at least 6 of his kindergarten classmates once a week. Crazy how they stayed friends throughout the years and there in their 60's.

Accountability: I had snacks not snakes like I had yesterday. I had a Burrata cheese ball with Balsamic glaze I also had some cherry's and some peanut butter. No exercise I just wasn't feeling well.

TSS: 2 years 6 Month 8 day 135.8 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Oikos Triple zero Apple cinnamon Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries and Blackberries

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato

L: Chicken salad and Sargento snack bites

D: grilled Turkey burger and Mock potato salad.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Everybody have a Great weekend.

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy

Love the meme, and the shirt you and Grim are so talented.

My cat got to be on camera yesterday, but it was only with one of my coworkers so not a big deal. He could definitely be heard.

It's Fri-Yay and I'm ready to get away from the computer for awhile. I have tons to do, and I'm not even sure where to start.

I bought some boots online, and they were too big. I can return them but it's going to cost me almost half the price to ship them back. I think I'll just donate them to Goodwill. I've been too spoiled by Amazon with no return costs. Note to self for future do not buy boots online, unless you have tried them on.

It finally got warm yesterday, but going from the 50's to the 80's in a day does not give your body time to adjust. I thought I was going to fall over at the barn yesterday. I swear they added 10lbs to the poop fork...I could barely lift it. It is amazing how much of a mess a horse can make. I love him anyway.

Bought the vegetable plants for the garden just need to get them planted. Hopefully this afternoon. I also need to take my truck in the check engine light is on, and I have to pass DEQ before I can get my registration renewed. All of them have been closed until this week. Of course my registration expired on 6/11 but supposedly they are not going to enforce it due to the 3 months plus closure of DMV and DEQ.

I got a corrected 1098 from my mortgage company so I filed amended tax returns. I got a letter from the state and I can't understand what they are trying to say other than we aren't giving you the refund. I tried to set up a conference but the web site timed out. I tried calling yesterday but they are out of the office from 9-11 on Thursdays. So when do they work?

Have a great day everyone!

Zappos (owned by amazon) is great for shoe/boot returns! I usually keep one pair for every 3 I buy and return
