Happy Fri-Yay, all!
I must admit that JB sent me down a rabbit hole yesterday afternoon. Productivity went straight out the window and it was all about Prancercise from there on in. Wikipedia, websites, Youtube, the John Mayer video - I took it all in.
The first thing that I learned from the website is that Prancercise evidently does not require a bra. And John Mayer's video, featuring a full song's worth of Joanna Prancercising through a suburban neighborhood is a seminal moment in the cannon of post Taylor Swift breakup songs.
Now, am I ready to forego constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement for life on the Prance? Not at this point. But I do think that I may be a little smitten by Joanna Rohbak.
As much as I would love to defer to cliche and declare her "just the right amount of crazy", it appears that the fact is that she is 100% bat **** crazy. But she alway refers to her Prancing empire as a limited liability company. And, as an accountant, I have to respect her precision with respect to legal entity format. Would Prancercise really be the same if it was organized as an S-corporation?
Plus, with doctors recommending reverse cowgirl as the safest way to avoid Coronavirus transmission, her lilting hips, swaying arms and soft neighing may be just what Dr. Birx ordered.
Tonight's happy hour is Bordeaux themed. We ordered a French picnic from a local restaurant and it will have Salade Provencal, Quiche and a cheese course.
QOTD: I do keep in touch with two of my close childhood friends. Mostly by text during sporting events although we get together periodically.
Breakfast: ProteinBar
Lunch: Bratwurst
Dinner: Quiche
Have a great day, all!

nothing about coffee, but the blogger describes himself as a Sheetz fan:
"I documented and reviewed all of my experiences there, like some type of deranged Anne Geddes who photographed quasi hot dogs instead of babies."
