Good morning JB and Menuers,
I am sorry you had a bad day yesterday. I myself got bad news that in the past 2 days people that I have known or friends parents passed away. I always hear those things come in 3's so hopefully I will not hear about anybody else. I have had at least 7 funerals I would have had to attend since this pandemic lock down but have only been able to reach out and send cards due to the quarantine. I don't know if they will hold services at a later date or will we just be done. My cousin was young in her 40's it would be a shame for the kids if they did not do a memorial service for some kind of closer cause this isn't working for me.
Last evening I went and had a facial. This is the first time I had one since I was in Beauty school back in the 80's and it was wonderful. I think this is one more thing I am going to start spending money on. This was a Christmas gift I finally got to use. Moving forward when people ask what do you want as a gift I'm going to tell them Gift certificates for facials. I really did enjoy it that much.
When I left the salon there was a Farmers Market in the church parking lot across the street. I had already had Strawberries in the fridge but I had to buy these fresh picked ones. WOW what a difference between those and store bought ones. Now I have over 3lbs of Strawberries in my fridge.
Liz thank you for the schooling on RH. I am going to read up on it. Do you know if this is related to Diabetes? I never was diabetic so maybe my chances of having this happen may be low. Fingers crossed.

I was not even considered pre-diabetic, post-op, but I get RH like a champ now.
The people who have RH really know a lot more about it. I don't think it is related to diabetes but don't know a lot. What I conveyed was what I looked up when people here mentioned it previously.
