What's on your Monday Menu?
Good Morning! That meme totally got me the first time and then I was like.... yum cake! JB- I hope your meetings go well. I need to work really hard on more evaluations today. This weekend was blah and went to quick. Friday sucked (as you all know), Saturday I was finally able to get my iron infusion and not to complain but it took the full 6 hours. So Saturday was gone aside from running a virtual Wonder Woman 10k in the morning before my appt (I?ll share a swag pic when it comes sometime next month) which left yesterday for some chores and a few errands and well... Monday here we are. I am scheduled for my haircut appt this afternoon-YAY!

Good morning, everybody!
I'm back. When I went away, everybody was doing Weigh****chers. But when I returned, everybody is doing Bumble. I guess Weigh****chers worked.
As far as vacations taken during a global pandemic/depression go, our trip was very nice. We drove about eight hours each way and rented a house, so we felt like we were still maintaining social distance. Marilyn really liked Nashville and would love to go back after the city fully opens. Most of the indoor attractions like museums, Grand Ole Opry, etc. are still closed. We were able to do some historical things because they were outside. Mostly, we did take out if we did not cook ourselves.
Jen, I love your flowers. Kelly, sorry about your cat. My son started his first job today, hopefully he likes it.
QOTD: On my first day on my current job I was tricked out of $20 by a shoeshine guy. I had just moved halfway across the country and was starting a new job and while walking to work I was totally focused on getting into the office and getting started and I didn't even see him coming.
Breakfast: Protein Bar
Lunch: Hot dog
Snack: nuts
Dinner: Hello Fresh
have a great day, all!

LOL - this is hilarious! I checked last night, and I now have 29 'likes" in the dating module (which of course, I never respond to). Since i made it pretty clear I was just playing around with the app and not looking for dates, either these guys can't read, or they think i'm kidding. Or that I'll be so blown away by their profile that'll I decide to cheat on my husband after all. At any rate, at least I know there are people out there in my age group if anything ever happens to DH. Haven't had any luck in the "friend" module. I guess I'll have to come up with some other way to meet people.
I tagged along to Nashville with a friend once (she was there on business) and bummed around during the day while she was in meetings. The BBQ was great - and I loved the Country Music Hall of Fame, even though I have no interest in country music (other than bluegrass). I thought it was very interesting. I went to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland a couple of years later - loved that one as well. All the history behind both kinds of musics and who influenced whom and the directions each type took was pretty fascinating. At least to moi...
