I'm sorry your having a rough week. I have a hard time sleeping too so I know how you feel. Hope you get some rest!
Mornin' All!
I only got three hours of sleep on Monday night/Tuesday morning, so luckily I fell asleep early last night and was up with the sun this morning! Over the course of this pandemic I got out of that habit and have been waking up at 8:00 some days - ugh. I prefer to get up really early! Hope this will continue..
I was going to meet a friend for coffee this morning before our online Mah Jongg game at 10:00, but she's not feeling up to it, so I'll go over to the gym and do weights instead. Not much else going on today, but it's supposed to be great weather-wise after a couple of very rainy days, so I'll definitely take a long walk or bike ride this afternoon.
accountability was good yesterday after an awful day on Monday. Still feeling the effects of the splurge, though, but sometimes it takes a couple of days. I don't know why I do this to myself since I HATE the after effects of overeating!!
QOTD: middle for sure. I like crusty on some things, but not brownies!
TSS: 5y
B: vanilla Greek yogurt with 1/2 diced mango (and maybe 1/4 C of high fiber cereal to keep me satisfied longer...), coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: 2 Costco chicken skewers with Greek yogurt dip, 1/4 C sweet potato casserole if I'm still hungry (doubtful since those chicken skewers are amazingly filling!)
AS: L&F yogurt with raspberries - or a piece of lemon/blueberry yogurt pie
D: I'm making this chorizo/chickpea/tomato stew-like thing to get rid of some things in the freezer and cabinets. I maybe scoop it into one of those 6" corn tortillas since chorizo tacos are a thing...
Have a great day, everyone!
Saturday I ate cookies and marshmallows I cooked on the fire and I woke up with a sugar hangover. Eating bad really throws my body into a tail spin. Glad I don't do it that often.

I've been going to the weight room although I always think twice before doing it. They've been restricting it to 10 people (although there's usually only half that many there), and the staff cleans the machines after every use, and they do take people's temps and ask COVID questions when they enter the building, but I still wonder if I shouldn't be doing it.
they haven't had classes until this week, but evidently there's now a Zumba class on Monday nights. They have the floor in the gym marked off in tape in six foot squares - and you're supposed to leave a blank square between you and the next person, but still having a bunch of people huffing and puffing in an enclosed space seems too risky to me. I think I'll wait on that one...

I use weights and props at Pilates, each user wipes after use, then the studio does a 25 minute spray disinfectant (the spray sits for 25 minutes) and then I do a quick wipe down before I grab anything. I figure after 3 good faith efforts, if I catch something from the equipment, it was going to happen.
with you on the Zumba - I read an article early on comparing the spread ratios on Zumba, yoga, Pilates and Zumba was the highest. It seemed like it was the heavy breathing and the constant reorienting + people having different movements/strides/off best getting to close.

Do they provide the wipes or each person brings their own wipes. I picture myself going around with a tub of Lysol wipes.
