After a few secs that your post is up a button should show up at the bottom that says "more" and you can edit there! Thank god--I am a terrible typist sometimes and I hate rereading my silly mistakes!

Good Morning JB and Menuers,

It took me a little longer to get my **** together today and get to work. I really enjoyed the three day weekend. I hope to have more in the future. The weekend was calm. I baked more cookies for a bonfire we went to Saturday and I also did some meal prep this weekend. I got a French onion meatloaf cooked and in the fridge ( We slice it and re heat it on the grill it is lovely) and I have a crock pot on today of Crock pot pizza so that should be more than enough food to hold us through the week. If not there are some brats I can grill to fill in if needed. Also I have some left over pork steaks I can grind or cut to make some type of salad.

I am still struggling with the super food creamer. I have now stooped as low as to put the crap creamer on top just to get it down. I don't know if I will be able to break the creamer habit it is truly one of the life's pleasers that makes me truly happy. Maybe the other flavors will be more appealing to me. I am not giving up yet.

we're about the same age. So is the author of this book, who happens to be an English professor here in town. She grew up in Florida near Cape Canaveral (Cape Kennedy back in those days) and she weaves the space race history in and out of her story. I absolutely loved it - good story, plus so much in there about life in the late 60s that I'd forgotten about...

Good Monday morning everyone.

It's supposed to hit 101 here today. Yuck! At least I handle the heat better now but still......101! We really need some rain.

I found my mom the cutest thing on Etsy this morning. Her b-day is in late July and the sun catcher I found her is made in Ukraine AND was on sale for 40 dollars off. Pic attached! I love it!

I'm feeling a lot of pain today but over all I feel ok. Mentally I had an off day yesterday but feeling better today. Yay! I am missing Greek yogurt! I love it and non of the non dairy stuff is like it so far. Not bad, well at least most of it, but not Greek style!

qotd: I love history. I love all of it. As of late I've been watching Egyptian and Middle East stuff. I really like civil rights history. Civil war and most pre independence American history.
