Whats on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
Congratulations to your son. So great that it was special after all! I don't think there has been much similar here in Massachusetts at least not that I have heard and there have been a few high school and college graduations on the family this year.

It's funny.... I think most kids are actually getting a much more special graduation than they would have under normal cir****tances. After 25 years I can remember about 2 things from my HS graduation that stuck out, but I bet he'll remember this forever!
Morning everyone! Happy Friday! Ugh today was weigh in day for me I only lost 6 oz. this week but lost 2 inches in each thigh and 1 inch in each arm. I can't complain about being down 6.4 lbs. in 2 weeks but of course I always want that scale to move faster. Weighing myself is so stressful!
I'm going to post my youngest in his cap and gown! I posted it last week but didn't get on until late so I don't think anyone saw it. Now all my babies will be in school.
QOTD: Are you a city mouse or a country mouse? I love cities too! I love the people watching, the hustle and bustle, and all the things to do. I do also appreciate the quiet, but when we vacation we can choose places to relax and get away.

Such a cutie.
I love it that here in US they celebrate every stage. In Europe the only graduation celebration is from college, not even high school.

Lol all your memes just crack me up! I love your outdoor office. That is the exact couch I asked my fiance for to put on our enclosed porch!

Not sure if the sales are still on, but a few weeks ago Wayfair was practically giving their stuff away! I got this set for less than half price.
Mornin' All!
It's cooler today and will be for the next few days, so I'll definitely be doing a lot of walking and biking. YAY!! We need to get together with the two moms sometime over the next couple of days, too. I worry more about MIL since she really doesn't know many people in town, and DH is her only close relative (he's an only child, and she's a widow). At least my mother has my sister living nearby, too - and she seems to know a lot of people.
accountability was great yesterday, but my weight is back up. May be a delay from the "bad" day I had on Wednesday (too many calories and a lot of sodium (Chinese food)). In fact, I was a little surprised my weight was DOWN yesterday - so I guess it just took an extra day for it to catch up with me. So lots of fluids are on tap for today...
QOTD: I'm definitely a city person, although I've recently rediscovered nature during this lockdown. Walks and rides through woods and prairies and along lakes has been wonderfully calming.

have a great day and weekend, everyone!
Whoops! Forgot my photos. I took these on Wednesday on my bike ride. This city is WONDERFUL for biking. Almost all the major streets have bike lanes, and there are miles of these paved bike roads to boot (see pics). We also have city, county, and state bike trails going through parks and through the rural areas of the county.
