Breakfast - OOOH, I had an Americano from Starbucks (haven't had in forever). Black, since still fasting but it was SO good.
Lunch - Kale salad, chickpea salad, chips. I decided to be responsible and stay in office (added pic below)
Snack - Green apple, peanut butter crackers
Dinner - not sure... Depends on hubs!

Good morning All! Taking a quick break from work to check in here. Oh the world, my heart hurts. I put on my Peace necklace and my Hope necklace on this week, and haven't taken them off. Putting a subtle message out there, and comfort for myself.
QOTD: being alone after dark. Even at this advanced age, I am never quite at ease with being alone once the sun sets. Cannot remember not being like this. Keep thinking I'll grow out of it.

I have an abundance of thoughts floating around in my head, so my photos are all over the place. Peace and Hope, the view of the Las Vegas Strip, the view from the boat on Lake Meade and the view I had exiting my bedroom for work this morning when ALL my boys were snoring. Sorry for the overwhelming size they seem to be...can't figure out how to resize them.

Good morning everyone!
I want all of that BACON!!! We just ran out and I am super sad about that. My husband went to Costco and all they had was the ready-made bacon and we usually get the low-sodium bacon. I hope they get it back in stock soon!
Breakfast: Oikos Zero Yogurt and some Malt-o-Meal
Lunch: Meatballs with Veggies in tomato sauce
Dinner: Chicken Thighs, Veggies and smashed potatoes
Snack: Protein Shake
QOTD: When I was younger, I couldn't sleep with my ear touching the pillow because I could "Hear" things moving (I thought it was bugs but it was my pillow settling) and they would crawl into my ears through the pillow. So, I would sleep with my hand over my ear. so, to this day, I still have to sleep with my hand under my chin. I also used to run and jump on to my bed...
Also, my younger siblings would have a red lightbulb in their room along with the white one (IDK Why) and the white bulb would go out all the time leaving the room glowing in red... I hated it and get freaked out.
I also hate balloons that are low on helium because they float like a ghost and follow you

Late post again for me, sitting at Rothman Orthopedics waiting to get gel injections in my knee. This is my last step before total knee replacement ugh. I'm not feeling great today, all my medical issues are flaring up today for some reason. Can't seem to eat or drink anything today without getting sick. On a positive note, weighed myself and lost 5.8lbs. in a week!! Lost 1 inch in my waist and 2 inches in my hips. So I rewarded myself by ordering a new pair of walking sneakers. My picture today is my youngest who is supposed to be graduating preschool but instead they just sent him his cap and gown for free.
QOTD - When my parents were watching Chucky I snuck out of my room and watched it and was terrified. I had tons of baby dolls in my room so after that I would hide them in my closet because I was afraid they would come to life.
