Good afternoon folks.

had a good talk with my psychologist today. I am having a rough go of the constant pain stuff. I just don't know what else to do at this point. The usual bipolar trappings with the pain making the depression worse along with the Tylenol 4s and muscle relaxers....well I'm a mess. I honestly don't know how much fight I've got left. That being said I know I'm not giving up but I want to. My father attempted suicide when I was in 4th or 5th grade. I'll never do that to my family so there is no worries with that. I'm exhausted though. To the depths of everything in me.

sorry to be so heavy :(

qotd. I love genealogy. I've done 23 and me and was pretty excited with what it shows. My grandma's birth father died before she was born. His mom was a horrid person who disowned 3 or 4 kids that we know of. Didn't tell the truth about the fathers of those kids. Just sad! My brother and mom did ancestry and I have quite an extensive family tree there. Over 6 thousand people I think. That being said I am as American as it get. A mix of a lot of stuff. I was soooo geeked out when I got the ancestry compilation on 23andme. Just the science of it and EVERYTHING about it was so cool to me.

an ancestor was the inventor of the flushing toilet. A courtier and godson of queen Elizabeth. Cool stuff!
