What's on your (PHOTO FRIDAY) Menu, RNYers?
Good morning, everybody!
That furniture piece looks fantastic, JB. Do you use the table saw? Marilyn asked if she could use ours yesterday and it made me nervous. Fortunately, what she wanted to cut was drywall and I was able to convince her that it would be overkill.
I am so happy for the long weekend.
Yesterday, i took my son to pick up his diploma. Basically, we waited in the car, in line, and they handed it to us. But they did a nice job with balloons and streamers and were just in a generally fun mood. The graduation is on TV at 10:00 tomorrow morning. I will have to work out early because there is a bottle of Veuve Cliquot in the refrigerator that has been chilling since New Years and I don't want it to go to waste.
Yesterday, I did this tough workout - run 6K and then 60 burpee pull-ups. Of course I am up 2.2 pounds because of it. I know its just retained water and I can see how puffy I am but still. UGGH.
QOTD: some places seem to be short on meat.
Breakfast: Protein bar
Lunch: hamburger
Snack: nuts
Dinner: TBD. The boys have been on an eating out (Take out) binge because its graduation.
Have a great day, all!

Good morning JB and Menuers,
Well it is cold and rainy here today and no sign of clearing until tomorrow afternoon. Not that it matters cause I am at the office and I have no window to look out. It could be snowing for all I know. Weather usually does not matter till 5:00. But I was wishing it was going to be nice to get in the pool this weekend.
I have an appointment to get a Pedicure at Lunch today. I don't think it is legal but I am going for it. I hate wearing sandals without my toes being done. Hopefully I won't get in trouble.
Wow that Desk is just lovely. Isn't it wonderful that he has that skill to make use out of a bunch of wood and make it useful. My husband uses wood but in a different way.
QOTD: It is getting back to normal. The only thing on my list that I have not been able to score is antimicrobial hand wipes but other than that it's been ok. I have tons of had sanitizer so I guess I'm good
Accountability: I had some peanuts and a Keto cookie and I went to bed early to stop me from grazing.

- Good Morning and Happy Fri-yay! JB- Grim is so talented- love the furniture and the flowers look gorgeous! I have way too many calls and meetings today for it being a Friday before a long weekend but maybe it will at least go by fast?!? We don't have much planned for the weekend but I'm sure we will BBQ and we saw the next three episodes of Defending Jacob we released so we will watch those for sure. It'll be a warm weekend and are expecting over 100 early next week.

QOTD: I haven't been in a store in like two months but use Instacart and Walmart or Target pick up options. It's been hit and miss with a few of my specialty items but luckily most of my stuff I can have extra on hand. I did have some issues with keeping my tuna supply up but it's gotten better.
