What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning JB and Menuers,
The weather here has turned to cool and dreary. So at least you can enjoy the nice weather up there in New England. It has been good and they say the weekend will be in the 80' but for yesterday and today we are barley in the 60's. I didn't even exercise yesterday because I was afraid a rain storm would break out.
So since I was not exercising I was going through email and I found a sale on Brooks running shoes on Zullily. There usually well over $100 and I got a discounted pair of Brooks yesterday for around $55. It takes a couple weeks but I am excited to get a new pair. I think the sale is still on if anyone is looking for a great pair of running shoes. I do not think I ever wore out a pair of shoes exercising ever in my life so this is great.

Good morning! Going well here in So Cal and the weather is great again. A little cloudy, and little breezy and the perfect kind of day for me to string 7 days of walking together. So that's my goal #1 today. Leaving for Vegas tomorrow. My son lives there and we are going to do some hiking on Mt. Charleston (please don't let him take me on a death march) and boating on Lake Mead if our plans all pan out. I haven't seen the kid in 3 months, so it's time for my Momma fix.
QOTD: Hunters is a good one for this. My biggest one was probably more abject disgust though. We watched Californication. It's raw and edgy and over the top to begin with, definitely NOT family friendly. But by the 4th season or so, for me, the disgusting outweighed the rest. But, my favorite thing in the world still is to say Cokey Smurf. Saw her on tv last week on This is Us and I yelled Cokey Smurf!!!
Menu:
B: 1/2 PP and coffee
L: 4 oz roast pork and broccoli mash
D: TBD
S: other half of the PP
Still feeling decent and hanging out just under goal weigh bouncing back and forth between a 4 ounce difference. Feels like a win to me.
Peace, everyone!

I had a conference call on Teams yesterday, I had the audio and video and thought I was good. Well my mic was not working, so when I tried to talk they couldn't hear me. So quick I call in on my cell phone and have an echo chamber going... I changed out the camera to a new one I bought for my Mom and still not working. I finally figured it out, I had the mic plugged into the wrong jack, I hadn't used the mic since I moved my office so wasn't aware it didn't work. Oh well it's fixed now.
I worked on weeding my garden area and I have about half of it done, I should be able to get the rest done today if the weather cooperates and my back holds out. I need to get my starts in the ground if I want to have any veggies this summer.
Work was already crazy and with the changes with the new ownership it will only get worse. Every job we do will take approximately 3 times longer and I'm not sure how we can keep up as they expect sales to go up as well. Retirement beckons to me...
Have a great day everyone! My strawberries rescued from the squirrels, I'm enjoying every one of them

G'morning everybody!
Ooh, 50th bday plans? How about sending her a huge 50th theme ballon bouquet? Also, tons of balloons attached to the cars, obviously you gotta attach it after you get to the parking lot. Can you say I love balloons? Another idea is to blare the conga line song and the cars start moving and instead of legs moving at the beat everybody would stick out their arms out of the car. If somebody is blaring the song it will work. Or you guys can do the flash mob thing in her parking lot. With the music blaring, one at a time get out of the car, while staying by your car you can dance to her favorite song.
QOTD: with the news the way they are I try no****ching anything else that aggravates me. I have enough anger and frustration watching the news.

Oh I forgot the best friend birthday. I pulled a prank on a co worker for his 40th birthday years ago. I collected 40 Billy Big Mouth bass the singing fish sensation from yard sales flea markets anywhere I could find them I used 3m Hangers and hung them all in his office. They are Motion sensitive so when you walk past they go off. However I did not know they were also light sensitive and when you turned the lights on and off they would all sing at the same time making the prank way more incredible than I could have ever imagined. It was a great prank. So I suggest 50 lawn ornaments (pink flamingos, or some type of gaudy lawn ornament. Here is what the Billy Big mouth bass looked like.
