What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

Morning all! Happy Hump Day! I just realized that we have a 3 day weekend coming up. Yay! The weather has finally turned to GORGEOUS spring weather and all I want to do is be outside. I haven't checked to see if I can access the wifi on the patio yet, but if I can, I would love to set up a nice outdoor work area.
Help! I need your creativity! My best friend is turning 50 next week. She has asthma, so I don't want to do anything that would be even a tiny risk, so my plan right now is to gather a few other friends together to park our cars in a circle in the empty parking lot behind her house. I will crank up my stereo and we can honk and sing happy birthday. Does anyone else have a good idea to add to this? I think she'll be happy but I also think the whole thing will take about 10 minutes, so I'd love to hear any other good ideas we can add to this little celebration.
Accountability: Lots of exercise (yay!). But Grim's latest batch of English Muffins came out of the oven at the same moment as my lunch break, so I swapped out my planned lunch for 1/2 a muffin.
QOTD: What was the last thing you watched or read that made you angry (besides the new, hahaha!)? Grim and I watched the new Netflix series, Hollywood. I loved the first 3 episodes, but then it took a weird turn. I was SO MAD by the end.

I can relate to that meme so hard, also wrong timeline to quit drinking in, lol.
I am going to the office today, it's been so long since I had to pack food for a full day away that I think I forgot how! One of my friends that lives up near the office asked me to stop by for a patio ice tea on my way home and I can't wait! Seeing people is my favorite.
qotd - I watched Taken at Birth on Hulu and Abducted in Plain Sight on Netflix and I swear I was cursing and yelling so much it was like I was president or something. Rage inducing for certain.
menu that I have packed is
cottage cheese
cheese-almond-salami adult lunchable
cheese stick
3oz ever roast chicken
built bar
premier protein
half and half in my coffee
my Pilates studio is offering live zoom training but I have tried too and dropped half way. I thought I would like the live ones more than a pre recorded but I'm finding that is not the case. I'm going to give it one more try on Sunday for a foam rolling and trigger point class but if I can't get through it, I think live virtual is not for me.
i did get in my elliptical this morning, it was a leisurely stroll around some geothermal fissures so that was lovely. I will finish the last episode of Shetland during tommorrows elliptical so will have to find another compelling show for work our time. I'm thinking a re-watch of Torchwood or Battlestsr Galactics might be the way to go, but I'll have to go find the DVDs in the basement. Oh, maybe Veronica Mars or Alias. Lots to choose from!
have a great hump day everyone!

Hahaha as the person who told you to watch Abducted in Plain Sight... sorry! I don't usually pay much attention to Hulu and haven't heard of Taken at Birth. Is is good, other than being maddening?
I could watch Veronica Mars every day of my life and never get tired of her ***** and sass. I need to make a tee on my Cricut that says 'Veronica Mars is my spirit animal.

Yes, it's really well done. It doesn't have as many WTF moments as abducted...but really, what could?

Wish we were having beautiful spring weather here and not the gloom and drizzle we've had for the last 3 days. It's not actually raining but there's so much moisture in the air that 1/3 of the way through our walk I look like a drowning rat! So far though Miss Lily and I have no missed any walks. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c ham and bean soup D 4 oz of whatever protein hubby cooks. Last night I had nuggets from ChikFilet and they delicious and a good cup of coffee. All this drizzle is leaving me feeling cold and stiff and sore. Not a combination I like. Have a wonderful day full of smart choices and stay safe everyone! Time for the first cup of coffee!
We have had 8.38 inches of rain in our part of Illinois since Thursday.

I guess I did bring the good weather back from Florida ;) I'm glad it isn't rainy anymore! It would make me very depressed.
My eating wasn't good yesterday. I succumbed to DS's homemade blueberry coffee cake and some peanuts.
Sorry that I can't help on the creative side - I don't have any.
