Yes,JB,I definitely need that mask. Since I'm wearing a mask all day at work I have to try and drink as much as I can when I take a break to get my fluids in. Some days I do good and other days not so much. QOTD Harry Potter books from Hermoine's perspective. Accountability was spot on food wise but short on steps due to rain. We did get a long walk and several short walks in but not as much as usual. Weight is 120.4. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 cheesy broccoli soup D 4 oz whatever protein hubby cooks. Have a great day full of smart choices and stay safe everyone!

Good Monday morning.

I'm feeling like garbage. Soooo much pain and for some reason my anxiety is off the charts. I have to go get bloodwork done here in a little over an hour. I'm looking forward to the results! Hopefully something will show up that's fixable for why I'm so tired all the damn time! Or at the least help some of the time. I know. It won't be perfect with the pain pills and muscle relaxers...oh and little sleep...but it'd be nice to have a wee bit of energy. lol

Since Friday I've lost about five pounds. My new scale arrived yesterday and since last night my water weight went up a bit. My goal today is to get a lot more water in. I think it's going to be a light day food wise as my stomach is kind of icky.

accountability for yesterday was pretty good. Had some carrots that were unplanned but that's definitely not to bad. I also had 3 saltine crackers to try and settle the heartburn and to take with my night time pain killer.

qotd:LOTR from Sam's POV...for sure.

b:PP shake

s:light cheese stick

l: oatmeal with half & half

d:PP shake with strawberries

s:unsure of this one...will edit it in this evening.

You are nailing it with the weight loss Melody! Try to focus on that and maybe your anxiety level will go down some?

I am glad you are learning to enjoy your time at home. What a beautiful weekend it was here in Massachusetts! Which reminds me, I wonder what changes Charlie Baker will announce today for our state (I am guessing not much since he made us wait until today).

QOTD: I am stuck - can't think of anything. But strangely I recently read a couple of books told in two viewpoints with the focus alternating each chapter. The one I finished yesterday was An Anonymous Girl by Greer Hendricks.

Thank you so much. I am not back to "full speed" yet but getting there. I am trying to make time for stretching and foam rolling.
