Hi all
im up early and had one cup of coffee. I'm thinking to get dressed and go for a walk at the park. I also need to run to grocery for a few things I totally forgot yesterday.

yesterday was better Gas wise - I took two probiotics, one digestive enzyme, and 3 chewable papaya tablets. It did help a lot

Love the meme: That would be me! You do have a busy day - When I was working I used to hate when my weekend days were eaten up.
My deck furniture went out yesterday on a day warm enough for shorts, a tee shirt, and flip flops. Today I may walk with Justice along the ocean (lots of room for distancing).
QOTD: It was difficult when Lost ended because I finished watching it for DD who passed away in the middle. She used to tell me I should watch it but I didn't start until just before she died. I watched a recap show of prior seasons, then finished watching it until it ended in 2010 (DD died in 2005). Maybe I should go back and watch the early seasons? I enjoyed Nurse Jackie and would have liked it to go longer. Older shows I wish had continued included ER, Chicago Hope, St. Elsewhere, and the Practice. Can you tell that I like medical and legal dramas?

I was going to say Lost too! Hated it ended. It was so good and always kept me on the edge of my seat.

The first season of Lost were really good, although I guessed the "reason" firs season and the creators denied that was it so I was annoyed with the end when I was right all along!

Good Sunday morning menu crew!
Yesterday was a mixed bag. Food was actually very good with only 2 unplanned things. I forgot I had to eat something with my night time meds so I have a light string cheese and had the last of my roasted seaweed packets. 85 extra calories so I ended up with 850ish calories. I was able to walk a little bit while at Walmart and did a little bit of arm exercises with small weights.
Pain wise...just really really bad. I wasn't home to take my mid day pain pill and by the time we got home it would of thrown off the night time meds by a large amount. So I suffered for my stupidity lol. It felt like someone had beat the back of my legs with a rolling pin. My hips starting hurting worse. It was just not any fun and tears were shed.
hopefully I won't do that again! I have however lost almost 4 pounds since Friday. I know some is water but it's encouraging to have success to know what your doing or starting is working.
qotd:I'm not a tv watcher per say. But I loved histories detectives on PBS. It was by far one of my favorite shows and was sad to see it go.
