Happy early Sunday menu peeps! My meme game does not compare to JBs but I like this one.
My day feels very busy and rushed - I?m up early to do a private Pilates session and then I have to do my mom?s grocery shopping, take stuff out to her, watch my nieces virtual graduation, go to her socially distant outside graduation party and possibly drive my step mother home, oh and pick up her graduation cake and cupcakes. Too many things!
QOTD - what completed/cancelled TV series would you like to have come back? Mine is Firefly. I?d also like more Farscape but if I had to pick one, it?s always Firefly.
menu today is a bit iffy but here?s the existing plan:
coffee with half and half
cottage cheese with blackberries
l - individual pack of beef sticks (since I?ll be running around)
s - mini graduation cupcake
d - 4 oz keilbasa
s - light and fit greek
have a great Sunday everyone!!

Good morning, and happy Sunday!
I have to go to Costco today with my MIL. I detest Costco. Plus, I've been up since 5:30 logged on to work, to get a head start on the week.
QOTD - I would have to say Jericho. I hate how it ended, fizzled out. It had SO much promise, and I have watched/re-watched the series multiple times.
Breakfast - fasting till noon, so hot black coffee, tea and topo chico
Lunch - Last of the chickpea salad, kale salad and crackers
Snack - fruit smoothie, water, oat milk, chia seed, hemp seed protein, frozen fruit
Dinner - I still haven't had pizza, and I'm gunning for that tonight. Yesterday ended up being vegan "piggies" in a blanket, which was ok. Not the healthiest but yummy.
I hope you all have a great day!

It's a rainy Sunday here in Illinois and hopefully Miss Lily and I can squeeze some walks in in dry times. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and we got all our walks in without getting wet. Weight is 120.6 today. QOTD don'****ch much TV so I've got nothing. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c chili with cheese D 4 oz baked fish. I'll try my best to stay away from the snacks but if I cave I have a100 cal bag of Skinny Pop to share with the pupper. Have a great day full of healthy choices and stay safe everyone!
Karen, I am curious. Do you use regular peanut butter or peanut butter powder in your oatmeal? I have never tried the powder and wondered if it was any good.

I've used the powdered peanut butter. It is ok. Not great but not bad either. I used it in plain yogurt and protein shakes.
I've even tried the powdered almond butter but that stuff is awful...I mean just ewww!
i like PB2 the best and pb fit is ok as well. For me it was good to add to things but not by itself.

I use PB2 in a lot of things! I wouldn't put it on toast (although I have a friend that rehydrates it as does) but it mixes nicely into yogurt, cottage cheese, smoothies, anything creamy really.
