Right? The younger generation can take selfies like nothing. Me? After I find the good angle and the right distance I can't move my fingers to click the button. And when I can actually take a pic I look like a bobble head, huge head on a weirdly small body.

I am doing my best to come out of this quarantine as hunky as I can! but the scale has not moved! I have been wearing my compression legging and feeling a bit better, so that's good. I had no idea that wearing compression garments could make me feel better, less "heavy".
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Snack: Stick of Colby jack cheese
Lunch: Folio Cheese wrap with 2 slices of Turkey, a strip of bacon, 1/8 avocado, a TB Mayo
Snack: Bowl of Fruit and Greek Yogurt
Dinner: Extra Firm Tofu, Broccoli, Onions, Garlic, tossed in a little Grapeseed Oil and Lo Sodium Soy Sauce and a little of All-Purpose Seasoning... Bake for about 45 min... soooo Yummy!
QOTD: Good Ol' California Accent here... meaning, I don't have one but I do catch myself filling blank spaces with "Like" or "So"
