Good morning JB and menu crew. I was not able to pick up the door last evening so I mowed the lawn. I have a rider but prefer to push mow when time allows. I have a bagger on my push mower and prefer the look of a push mowed lawn. My youngest son wanted to come to Florida with us to grab my folks and we had to shut down that idea, he doesnt seem to understand. Joddie should receive her test results today, headache had diminished, still a bad cough and she also found out that her one day of unemployment is short lived. She is back to full time when she can return to work.

QOTD - WW2 Military souvenirs, I already have some neat items from my Grandfather. One is a propaganda sheet the Germans dropped from an airplane over his unit as they were close to the German Border. I also have a telegram that he sent my grandmother when he was in England prior to the war.

Accountability - good, back on track

B - Hard Boiled eggs

ms - berries and light and fit greek yogurt

L - turkey sandwich

as- built bar

D- grilled shrimp

e - not sure what is on the agenda tonight.

Staye healthy my friends, Mike

hi all- what is up with me waking at 2- cant go back to sleep till 6? then have to get up for work? it keep happening many times a week- maybe my body wants to be up at 2 am? but I can't think of one good reason... at least I'm not eating during this time like I used to... that's a huge win

ok so I made a soybean pasta with the leftover rotis chicken and tomato sauce. I also made a chickn salad- I'm sooo burned out on this rotis... it was one of those huge things from Costco fro $5 so I had to use it all- oh and I took the bones and made a stock for matzo ball soup.

so if you are wondering what I'm eating the next XXXXXXXXX days, it is probably coffee, water, and one of the selections above.

i'm making beef fried rice for DH for dinner.

B: coffee and prot panckes (NOT chiken)

L: one of the things above

S; shake?

D: maybe another of the things above

s: shake?
