What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning, happy Taco Tuesday!
QOTD - I honestly don't know what people think when they first meet me. I think it depends on the setting. Someone who met me at work for first time probably would have different impression of me from someone who met me at puppy yoga. It also depends on my mood, I guess?
Breakfast - fasting, hot coffee, hot tea, topo chico
Lunch - Vegan ramen, kale salad, crackers
Snack - fruit smoothie - frozen frui****er, oat milk, chia seeds, hemp seed protein
Dinner - No clue. Still waiting on pizza tho.
I hope you all have a great day!
Christina
Let it begin with me.

Quick post for me as it's time to wake hubby. Miss Lily and I have our first long walk in and will do 2 more later. Accountability was perfect yesterday both food and stepwise and weight is 120.2. Had a busy day at work and didn't feel like doing our evening walk but we did it anyway and felt better for it. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c cheesy broccoli soup D 4 oz of whatever protein hubby cooks. I'm leery of things reopening around here because even though masks are mandated probably only 1/2 of people wear them. Also there hasn't been much testing done and I highly suspect many "protesting" the masks are asymptomatic carriers "freely" sharing their germs with us. I just don't go in anyplace as my RA meds suppress my immune system so hubby is the designated shopper. Take care and stay safe everyone!
Good morning JB and Menu folks. Hoping Joddie gets her test results today, she has a headache and cough, feels fine otherwise. The new front door is painted and I will pick it up tonight. Hoping to get it installed this week. Our Door frame materials will not arrive until next week, will get them painted and cant wait to share the pictures.
Accountability was not good the last couple of days. I had a good period and then boom. I am still down 3.2 lbs in 3 weeks of WW, so that is a victory.
QOTD - When I meet people I am usually pretty quiet at first, I like to do more listening. Then as I get comfy I will open up more. People do not think I am reserved or shy, but I can be. Especially at first. Over the winter we were talking with a group of friends, all drinking and discussing how we had all met, one of the gals was drunk and was saying she thought that I was a real snobby asshole when she first met me. LOL...she still thinks it is funny that I do not give "new" to me people the same attention as my friends or those I am comfy with.
B - Two Hard Boiled eggs
MS- Berries and light and fit
L: - Turkey sandwich
AS- Built Bar
D - Grilled ribeye and brussel sprouts
E - Run and HIIT - probably a P90 vid.
Stay healthy my friends, Mike

Be kind to yourself about stalling - you've got some life happening. If you can, let us know about Joddie - hopefully it is either negative or it will be mild (as it is for the majority of people).

Good Morning! JB- I hope you are able to determine what you're allergic to in the room so you can get all better. We have been talking about things opening back up. I don't know the right answer of how best to do it but feel it's too soon. I know I might feel differently if we both couldn't work from home or lost our jobs but it is all scary. Em actually had her first real breakdown last night during this whole thing. Mostly due to her AP exam she has tomorrow but she also opened up that she misses being in school with her friends.
